Do Better Leagues Develop Players Faster? 

Over a longer period, the smaller leagues would develop players quicker because dynamic potential is based on how well they play in matches, not the standard they're playing with

Hey Everyone, i'd planned to upload my first FC24 DoF video today, but it had to be moved (the last FIFA update broke the mod I made for the video 🤦‍♂). I thought instead i'd answer a question that I'd wondered for a while! No I always think the lower leagues develop players better basically start in the Irish league, Scandinavian leagues, Austria ect sign or develop those talents who in those leagues will stack goals, assists, clean sheets up larger teams will then come in and swoop in with £90+M offers also because your in the lower leagues there is European qualification. Getting promoted with a new team. Eg you took Stevenage to the the PL a lot of money will be spent on bringing in those PL level players.

If I’m doing a career in Denmark, Turkey or what teams and what type of squads should I go for cause I lost rn. Cause after 3 seasons I can build up a team to win the league every season. Should I make realistic or have rules like sell the highest 2 players every season or that once a players signs a release I can’t change it until 2 to 3 seasons after the fact

Can you do a video on what EA can do to make career modes better for next game?

I mean I have placed Salzburg in the Bundesliga. And some of my players have gone up 4 and 5 in rating

What's more important than the speed of development within a single season is the rate of dynamic potential. The real question is, do better leagues give better dynamic potential boosts for similar player performance/amount of game time?

this does balance the game more, although less realistic

That said, loaning a player is where the realism kicks in. If you have two offers to one player of yours, try to loan him to a team that he can actually have a good playtime considering the overall of the players in the same role. A young player to a big club with no playtime probably will struggle to develop…

but if the team is playing against weaker competition, surely form will always be higher and thus development much quicker?

what realistic signings could be made with an ipswich save both short term in the championship and longer term going up into the prem and trying to stay up.

Development is based on performance and form. Meaning that lower leagues will develop players faster because they are easier to perform well in. Poor form slows down development and drops potential, excellent form speeds up development and incrases potential
