Trust me you are solving all my doubts about the career prospects. I was so confused with all the plethora of options available and as a fresher I am really not very clear with which path should I choose before going into B-School.
After seeing this interview.. now I know that how passionate you can be if you love what you are doing..by looking at gudi maran, the kind of energy, enthusiasm, passion she has in what she is doing is just wonderful. And most importantly the feeling of doing something that really meant for you is just more than awesome. Thank you so much @Shweta for making this video and Now I really got insights of consulting and as well as a life of someone who loves and passionate about his work. Thanks a lot.
Hi Shweta Ma'am, Thankyou so much for this initiative! It was indeed an insightful video. If possible can you please do a video on careers in HR, and bring in someone who has started from a tier-2 bschool? Considering that the opportunities provided early on would be very different between colleges. Would be really grateful to you!
I will definitely sign up for seekho for consulting to get more insights, and also a wonderful session, thankyou shweta di. If I'm not wrong you actually did cleared a good consulting firms difficult interview process for i guess the role of associate right after your undergrad and ofcourse even before getting into iima,i guess you should have just given a shot to that(i just feel it when you say you must have considered it)
It looks like she's forcing a smile, and then instantly switches to her normal mode right that second. Seriously does not look like she's happy talking about what she's doing, there's no excitement, just forced smiles.
Ma'am, this message is related to one of your previous videos on " Why I quit my job?" Ma'am, I have just started my MBA preparation journey. I am a fresher. And freshers don't have much idea about the jobs roles and what is the best fit for them. People with work ex are kind of sorted about this. What should we do as fresher so that we know exactly which profile is the best fit for us? People say we should do internships, but internships do not always give a perfect glimpse of the actual job. Ma'am, I have a sincere request for you. Please, please please please, please please make as many videos as possible on different roles offered at B-Schools. So that we can know what are the options available...we can even learn skills or do internships in the selected field which we find interesting after watching your videos and then decide whether we should go forward. I tried to follow the said method but YT doesn't have enough videos briefly explaining different roles. Plus, how you explain it better than everybody. Your ASM video gave us a crystal clear view of what exactly is sales and how we grow within it. In fact, the pros and cons of ASM would have also helped in that videos. Like, in that I was impressed by the charm of ASMs but then just found out in your video that charm and package are not the only metrics to select a job profile Thank you for always being there for us💞. We love you a looooottttttt. 💖💗

Hello Ma'am, i have been watching your videos from sometime now, wanted to ask one question that i have low acads in my 10th and 12th i.e. 72% and 76% respectively, and in my graduation i scored 70%. Which MBA exams i should target other than CAT as according to me IIM would be very far for me if i compare my scores. Also i am working so i would gain experience of about 12-18 months till cat paper. hoping for your valuable advice. thank you in advance.
Dekh bhai abhi tk to tum sahi ja rhe ho..complete 2 year work ex... They u will be considered for the rest of the iims except a b c .. Other exams like iift(delhi, calcutta) ,xat (xlri)both are having some good colleges...u can check out.
@@aayushshah858 bro i also have low grad score ( 73 , 63 , 82 ). What is the chance of getting into top iim? I mean is there any chance if i get excellent cat score?
Hii Shweta mam , you are too cute as much your voice .i have been following to your video since my preparation journey of CAT 21 and i had given me 2 CAT attempts and all of them not enough get good colleges. After that , i joined the jobs to avoid the gaps . And now i face many challenge to restart the prep with job, difficult to manage.. So, Mam please advise ?
I don't think how she said that firms are so flexible is true.. no service based company gives you such flexibility or otherwise there won't be such a high attrition rate in such firms
