Depends on the location in NYC based on prime locations but 7k to 200k per year for a food license. There was a short doc on a hotdog stand somewhere on youtube.

Think it’s funny how he assumed the trailer at 11:09 was made in Mexico it could be but also more than likely what happened is when the owner built the trailer or had it built by a company they requested it to look like that other then that it’s a great video with a lot of awesome looking food trucks / trailers

Can you, yes. But...... comes with many more rules and regulations and I prefer not having one on board.

On the struts.. all they would need is the length.. your favorite auto part store should have them well under $50.00.. that's just sheer laziness and it's a liability.. Some unscrupulous person might walk up next to that,board knock it out.. have that window then crash down on them looking for a Payday.. if something needs fixed, it'd best be fixed before you go out to your next event.

First off....great job on your coverage on many food trucks... well done ! Your title above.... Do food trucks make money ??? Yeah you sucked me in...nice. This vid showed no one's profits... who watched !! I did like your coverage but it wasn't what I tuned in for..... just saying. Watch how you label events. You didn't get a "like"

Impossible to go up to every food truck owner in an event, the idea is to look at the lines and people and do the math of sales on average, But thank you for the feedback always appreciate it. Helps me get better on titles.

Most have a markup of up to 80 percent. And people will pay it.
