I love how thorough this is. You did a great job at the research imho. Thanks for doing the work for me! I may have to try this with vacuum sealed mason jars. My cut romaine lasts a REALLY long time using that method.
@@GetUrbanLeaf So far, so good. I just took a look yesterday at my dill and cilantro in the jars, and they look really good. I vacuum seal jars using an off-brand sealer and Food Saver Regular and Wide-Mouth Jar Kit . (I use the 2 lids hack for the regular mouth jars. It seems to work.)
