Cody, the part about having/creating stability got me in the FEELS. I am around your age and I swear that is always #1 priority. I worked really hard on myself and did what I needed to create that stability when I became an adult and had a choice. Celebrity aside, I am so glad that you have created that life for yourself and your family. Rooting for you in and out of the pool!

My apologies if you've covered this already so ignore me if that's the case: There are AR goggles I keep seeing around such as FORM that like help you track your sets and times. Have you tried these? They are ridiculously expensive and I'm not sure they're worth it.

To Cody i have two questions for you and i would really appreciate if you could answer them. My first question is how long more are you planning on doing competitive swimming and in breaststroke someone told me that you dont have to do the pullouts, you can just come straight up after every turn. Is this correct as i see all Olympic swimmers doing the pullouts. Thanks

Last night, I saw something really weird. I was alone in the 25-meter public pool, and I observed something strange while doing my swimming crawl. Each time I flip turned, I felt a kind of horizontal twister, like a solid drill mesh with a diameter of 10 cm, 8 to 10 feet long at the surface, one feet deep max. Is there a problem with my crawl? It was much more stronger like an opposite force than the wave of swimmers. Myself, I only do one foot strong, opposite foot middle, one arm strong, I don't move a lot and focus much more on acceleration, arms paddling close to the middle of my thorax. If I am alone to the pool today, this is a continuous one hour only butterfly. :)
