27:05 options, gameplay, automatic winchester (out of ammo) evacuation also, switch manually all recon to return fire so they dont reveal themselves with their 850+ m rifles.

Yeah, the first thing Warno makes clear is that you can't hide in the woods as much as in SD2

Good thing to remember is that 1 sd2 point is 2 warno points, you still get 750 points at the start and then it's basically 130 point flatline. What's interesting is that super heavy tanks are way cheaper in Warno

In my opinion, it's best to start with 2x Bradley, 1x Abrams, 2x PIVADS and mostly camp around the giant patch of forest in the starting area, with one Bradley hiding in a bush on the left road. If you position the units carefully, the operation becomes a fairly simple tower defense where you can take zero losses and not lose any ground either. The enemy in the operations are always very heavily vehicle-focused with few infantry and they take predictable routes.

Ai gets way more points and in Warno you can't outplay it by using cover or armored units, it doesn't matter

You can place scouts and airborne units outside command zone. Yeah i know this should be a thing in SD2 too

What’s your thoughts on the supply fixing everything mechanic? Not sure if I love or hate it.

So in most decks, almost all infantry have the traditional AT weapons like AT-4, LAW, RPG, etc. The fact that they give a very bad deck for this mission is kind of annoying. We could easily hold off this attack with the same amount of vehicles and manpower built differently. More line infantry with the non-guided AT, more Stingers (which are dirt-cheap and efficient), and at least one normal AA thing like HAWK. It's usually what we would take in a regular match, but here we stnck with these Dragon Engineers with Javelins and no line infantry for the first part of the game.

The reason the tank was missing in the bringing was probably cuz of the low cohesion.

Much of the terrain features in this game are broken still, imho. Seeing through forests is pretty nuts. So is the map scaling. Mods are fun.

What I hate about warno UI is they used basically the same morale system from sd2 but it's hidden and you have to click each unit to see cohesion. So annoying
