The six stretches of Masunaga open the 12 principal meridians, promoting the energy flow through your body and stimulating your self-healing capacity. Like Masunaga recommended, before the actual six stretches, we take some time to draw the attention inwards, connecting to the body, and to open the Conception Vessel and Governing Vessel, balancing Yin and Yang.
Some stretches are combined with gentle self-acupressure.
