Do It Alone. 

I always train alone and when people ask me how I got so good that's what I tell them. They're usually surprised because they're always waiting for their friends to be available so they can train maybe once/twice a week at most, but I think you can be 10x better when you train on your own time and work on your own weaknesses.

yes! train alone, but dont isolate yourself from people you know, and love because the only thing on your mind is growth. Socialising is just as important as self-growth! (although i do believe practicing and working on things by yourself is FAR more efficient)

That’s the point, don’t do it for your parents or for your friend, not for your girlfriend. Do it for your self. It’s so easy to understand, but hard to believe when you don’t know the feeling of being alone, is a temporary feeling what you can learn with time.

After watching this I went straight to the field and after a week of jogging, 20 pushups, 40 situps, and 2 - 4 hours on the field and training daily I felt a whole lot better. Still continuing this but if any people can tell me any tips I could do cause I’m trying to convert to an attacker as a defender but any feedback will work.

Guys I started playing football in 2022 and always played alone , I always practiced alone I never knew what is felt like being in a match , but in 2023 I started playing with players of my college , those guys where well trained with 10+ years of experience. When I play with them , I can’t play freely , I feel pressured and stressed and most of the time I commit mistakes. How can I play confidently without thinking anything?
