Long story less long her network was surrounding her by men of a higher status than myself and I didn’t wanna accept it. Also I didn’t wanna compete with those guys, leading to insecurities leading to me losing the girl anyway. Long story less long, I’d still be walking round feeling sorry for myself if I never accepted the truth that women want men of a higher status than, at least, themselves. And if you’re not willing to compete you gone have to lower your standards, but nobody respects the quitter not even the quitter himself. I gotta bachelors in CMS but I’m thinking of going back for engineering or something high end. It’s not their fault, I too was a rapper. “Find the dawg”. I’ve been “the nice guy” a good portion of my professional and adult life. There was a level I couldn’t reach being “nice.” I had to learn to “find the shark.” When I think of Shark Tank, I often thought of the scary contestants, when I needed to think and be like ‘the sharks’
When he said enemy I thought he would mention something legit like using his kids as pawns or false allegations, something. Dude was just a frustrated hobo-sexual.
Anybody that calls this man a misogynist doesn’t watch the men focused episodes. He’s harder on the dudes than on the women. And in this particular episode he lays out the philosophy as to why his content is so heavy handed. This man did gods work. RIP.
He wasn't a misogynist he was a shameless opportunist. He realized if he made more of this type of content his show wouldn't be so popular. The entire reason why most guys tuned in was for impure motives. It was a bunch of underachieving men who just wanted to hear Kevin tell off delusional women because it was escapism from their own underachieving lives. That's why it's so few episodes he made like this on his way to becoming viral and why this is the very last episode he made in long form of this kind.

They were so off topic and random it makes sense as to why he speaks to women so much as they can stand their ground and actually hold a solid conversation
As a man, I thought it was only women that do this. I'm surprise how they can't follow simple instructions. Maybe they upset with how women are and want to vent their frustration at Kevin lol
Reading is important, man. I grew up without a single book in the home and let me tell you, it leaves you at such a painful disadvantage. I caught the reading bug in my early twenties and DEVOURED everything and anything I could get my hands upon. From that moment on, my world opened up in ways I could never have imagined! I began to think more clearly, deeply and thankfully...objectively. Not only that, but my confidence grew exponentially because my conversation skills improved too. Don't sit around in the HOPE that things will get better. Take action and begin reading...as often and as broadly (subject wise) as you possibly can.
As a 3rd Degree Black Belt, 18 years invested in training and teaching, I absolutely love Kevin speaking on the Martial Mind. Learning that Kevin was martial arts trained was actually the main reason that drew me to his content. Pure respect brotha.

VERYYY TRUE. It’s time they hear their GodFather get on them again. As a result of him calling out women back to back along with Fresh and Fit and other RP spaces , it’s given these losers far too much power to complain about modern women, modern women, modern women, but when they get on camera they are DUSTY, not fluent in speech, and rough looking. I now see how KS minions look. It’s enlightening! No wonder they have so much time in the comment section, bc they look like these dudes. (VERY FEW were cleaner cut but most, not so much.) They are equivalent to some of the bonnet women who call in!!
Man, this was sad and embarrassing to watch. I'm a 50 year old widower no kids, I've been watching KS for about 3 years off and on now and the females that came on his show really gave me a bad impression of the so called black woman. To see him talk to the so called black man, you all are in big trouble. The women are overweight and entitled but the men are lazy and unambitious. No wonder their kids don't know anything unless it's from tv, the internet or friends. People aren't raising their kids, society and the government is.
And then they get mad and say Africans don’t like black people but seriously, who likes any of this? No one likes this. Who wants to see those who share their reflections look and act this way?
@ the truth hurts. KS has checked me too. Since watching, I’ve done a 180. We all (including Africans, Jamaicans, Afro Latinas), all need a reality check. We all black, we all African, and we all need to snap out of it. No one is better than anyone. We all need a dose of humility.

I really want to see more male-focused content because it’s the cold shower I needed. Don’t ever say that Kevin isn’t as blunt with the men as he is with the women. This episode was brilliant because it showed that men need help as much as women do.
That I can agree with. We all have to hold ourselves (individually) accountable. The majority of the comment section is often filled with responses from men who can only see women, especially black women as being at fault. Everyone needs to get their ish together. Take a look in the mirror. So he switched up and started speaking to the women which blew him up exponentially. My exact same thoughts, all those women who think he hates them they don’t realize that his message isn’t targeted towards them. His message is a broad general message for both men and women to do better.
A Black woman here. Kevin is completely on point with his delivery. It's like a father correcting his child, or anyone in general...no one is going to listen to a soft approach. They listen to someone who commands your attention and is assertive.
As someone who grew up with a strong father figure I can say Kevin gives the same vibe, he pretty much reiterates what any man growing up in a good environment with his father around has heard many times during lectures lol black lectures last until they get tired lol and you gotta stand up straight and be attentive the whole time or it’s drags out longer lol
I never knew my father til I met The Godfather KS 😂. I wasn’t even a bum but the dude helped me get on the grind for real not just thinking I was because I was “better than most” or some shit
As a white guy around Kevin's age, I come from Gen X and agree wholeheartedly we were lied to. The overcorrection of the '60's has made all American men generally weaker. What he says about not having a strong father to manage a son's emotions correctly had me shaken. I love how Kevin made reference to his younger self as a beginner practicing cornet/trumpet and how he progressively got better even though pain was involved. I can attest to how brutal and difficult the trumpet can be since that's my trade but it's a fantastic discipline to have because you can transfer that to other areas and careers. I decided that I wanted to be a scientist in my late thirties and because of the discipline developed playing trumpet while being a proficient Jazz improviser I knew that could be accomplished. I haven't quite finished the bio degree yet but half way finished and yes I have gotten my behind handed to me taking some of the courses and had to retake them but failure is a part of the game you just have to make the corrections and move forward. People like to run away from pain and sacrifice when it comes to success but they are key ingredients.
I been saying this, Kevin aint responsible for the men who misunderstand what he is saying. Some of these men take what he's saying and paint all women out to be horrible women, when men have to realise that he speaks for men who are DOING THE WORK to become better...not for the guys who aint doing nothing or trying
The way Kevin checked that guy and went to bat for black women proves that he's genuinely trying to help. If all he does is "bash black women", why would he defend them like that?? 🤔
No, it's not ALL he does is bash Black women. He actually has some great talking points. However he does have a tiny little bit of misogyny, hypocrisy and misinformation. Other than that, I think what he's doing it great. I take him in small doses. I hate when he hangs up on the callers while they were about to make a point. Men who want to change the definition of High Value Male are like women who want to change beauty standards. Just because you call yourself a 10, alpha, or HVM doesn't mean you are. You must show your work and act the part. Stop being lazy and do the work or step to the side know your roll and shut your mouth. People who want to change the definition of beauty and HVM are lazy, insecure, have the compulsive need to impress strangers, and have a scarcity mindset. Kevin was right about the image of power. You don't have to look like a thug to be considered tough or powerful. Most thugs are actually no threat at all and other races have known this for a long time. Thugs do not own any businesses or produce any goods. They do not have the economic power to impact a business or government. Most can't even get a small business loan from a bank or even have a good credit score. Ladies, particularly black ladies we're not living in the cave man days hunting wild animals. The thugs you are attracted to are a relic of the past and will soon be extinct.
They won't go extinct if certain women keep having babies by them. Like you said, some people operate on a scarcity mindset. There's a portion who sleep with the thugs because they're thinking, " it's not enough Black men to go around".
Yep.. It's like ppl who always quick to involve religion "Jesus wasn't rich", "I'm a ten in God's eyes", be grown, if you want these results put in work, quit looking for a shortcut or free lunch

Holy shit I need to get my act together. I felt ashamed that I could see myself in some of these men. The contrast between them and Kevin in terms of a masculine presence was astonishing. This was the kick I needed to really get my ass in gear
It was the same for me when I use to like and view posts about feminism and then I saw little traits of me wanting to turn against some dudes or I felt like I was being programmed to do so.
I’m 23 and this was hard to watch.Brothers we gotta do better for ourselves , remove the women and focus on you. They will come to you. We need to listen to comprehend and not to respond
Women is why most brothers either want to be athletes & entertainers but will uber on the side until music or comedy hopefully happens. Like he said. Brothers need trades they can take to chambers of commerce
This is so good. There’s been an over abundance of femininity and we’re watching the energy that’s pushing that pendulum back. We all need to, individually, do our part and help. This is for the greater good, men.
I wasn't sold on my husband, then boyfriend, until he told me no. He is responsible to protect the whole family; my desires could be a threat to the family's stability and well-being.
Oddly enough women desires often lead to some kind of "entanglement" or useless money waste that's about it and some are able to deny it. It's nice to have self awareness to know what the tendancies are to keep them in line.

I'm glad Kevin had this conversation. Most "red pill" and MGTOW guys I meet in the tech industry are in their early 20s and don't even know how to talk to women in real life. I'm trying to figure out how they are more bitter than me. I'm 45 with an ex wife and I still don't come off like this. As soon as I got single, I was back in the game. These young boys don't want to get their lazy asses off of the bleachers.

Red pill is just trending now but this conversation has been had Before. At least they're in the ballpark. Now get to the real work. Knowledge is key Application is Power.. Principles
Because most of those guys are really Incels posing as RP or MGTOW. They have so much to say about women based off other people’s experiences. Are BW out of order?? In most cases yes but are they our enemy??? Heck nah. Just because a man can’t pull a certain type of woman, doesn’t mean they’re no good 🤦🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️✊🏾
I've seen that lot in the comments. Misogynistic to the core with almost zero life experience or interaction with women. And they worship this man while bleating on and on about colored pills. I tell them that if they don't like women just leave women alone, because women are definitely leaving them alone. Oh they don't like being told that!
I like how (imo) Kevin brought out the spirit of Malcolm X by saying that the liberal talking points and approach is destroying the black community and a sterner approach is required instead of tiptoeing around the problems. No issue ever has been solved by not naming it directly.
Yea but to be fair you can tell that some people just use “I feel” as a replacement for “i think”… for example Myron and fresh from fresh and fit podcast. They slip up and say “I feel” all the time but it’s just what they think. Kind of silly to get wrapped up in this idea unless the person is actually expressing feelings rather than rational thoughts.
@@lathancram5184 That's true but given Kevin's channel and the content, you'd be wise to change your lingo to "I think" for the duration. And the caller was literally only expressing his feelings as he had no facts, data, evidence or statistics to back up what he was saying. He had no rational thoughts. Only feelings
Great show👏🏽 There is no problem with Kevin's tone ok. There is a problem with the ones with cannot take it. Kevin's content is not for everyone and thats supposed to be ok💯
Really happy Kevin’s done this episode. There are hella guys out here who will watch this content to shit on women but when you put them on cam they buckle and sputter just like the women they clown.
His content started just like this years before ever addressing women. The men youre talking about aren't suddenly getting something the other side was getting. It's been like this.
@@leonfrancis3418 I never said that they were and I knew Kevin’s done men’s videos for over three years before he blew up. I was saying if you’ve been a part of the channel for a while, you’ll see all these dudes jumping on the women for acting a fool when they themselves are just as foolish and need correcting just as much as the women do.
@@adrianjeffrey2897 I’m assuming you meant “men”. Still, there were hella guys 1.) not paying attention to the topic, 2.) going on unrelated tangents about random stuff, and 3.) in their feelings about what Kevin was saying. Idk what you’re commenting about.
Also.. Kevin, keep holding that mirror up to our community. Many of us can’t stand what we are seeing back. I for one am changing what I don’t like. Your a tough pill to swallow but I respect it.
Mr. “Tone Police” comes across as a man raised by a single mother, in my opinion. As a black women were are not “damsels in distress” we are causing stress to our black community because we were feed all of these lies with honey on top. We need the hard truth, Mr Samuels is tamed compared to what I’ve heard by my father and men in my life. If we are so called “Strong Black Women” and “Queens” we can handle the harsh reality that Mr. Samuels gives. But we all know it is not the tone it’s the message and the facts, and most women do not want to deal with the facts because they will be forced to make hard changes. If we want our community stronger and family unit back we are gonna have to be honest and get real.
I agree. I don’t think he understood what his father meant by the old school saying, you catch more flies with honey than vinegar. It didn’t mean to become a total wimp
speak for yourself. single mother's raise the majority of black men and women. that includes mostly every type of man. do we carry the same sentiment for men who die honorably and leave their children behind. soldiers, cops, fire fighters, innocent men, we are the only community who continuously blames women for men's poor choices.
@@mariejane1567 I don't get it. On the one hand you say the strong black women raised all of these men by themselves but on the other hand say don't blame them for how these men handle themselves in the world? Then why do the women raising them deserve any recognition?
@@Jukeboxster When did I say anyone deserved recognition? Kevin even said he doesn't care about out of wedlock births. My point is there are men who come from single parent homes and make it. So there must be some explanation as to why black men like my husband make something of themselves despite coming from single mother homes.
"Godfather" out here trying to help men. At the same time he taking money from companies or individuals to use his platform to tell them to invest in cryptocurrency. This clown!
@@BlackPantherN7 damn, that's lame af. I was like say it ain't so Kevin! LoL! How's it pinned though? Only someone with access to this RU-vid channel can do this to my knowledge.
@@DaSpecimenFL He just added that fake pin. I got messages from him too. Always the same things. A check mark from the right is the authentic sign I think. Also, if you get a comment from the creator of a video, it is a different looking notification.
Ladies... I owe you an apology. I used to see just the female callers and they were just awful. So here we have some male callers and man... you must think the same thing about them I thought about the women. It's a massive problem. Just the lack of education, listening and etiquette... I apologize because it's never one sided, I knew that, but it's tough to navigate dating waters in general for women.
Exactly. Most people in general lack self awareness and accountability. It’s easier to focus on what others did wrong, but not recognize our own shortcomings and poor choices.
I'm not perfect by any mean but for anyone who's done any self-reflecting and/or therapy, you can easily recognize that most of these callers were simply misplacing their anger/frustration and using those feelings as leverage points. Except that they chose the wrong man.
Even if someone think they watching for shock value science has proven that whatever your mind consumes has the power to impact your subconscious meaning eventually when they least expect it a light 💡 will switch on. Happens all the time and Elitist use this knowledge to socially program the masses
This week will separate the boys from men.. Most of the toxicity in the comments are from New booties, they're not even fans of the Show, they're following to fuel their anger towards things / ppl they have little control over Most of the old school/new-school fans are here to grow, step up to the plate and dominate
I think in the black community we have a hard time articulating ourselves but that starts from early childhood development based off how your parents communicated to you as a child is what you carry on into adulthood
Most of the men and women who complain about what he has to say are trash and can’t clarify their points properly . None of them ever took a speech and debate class
I’m with him.. there’s no time for playing nice anymore. Nice has put us the the position we are in now.. horrible!! I always say I’m tired of wishy washy weak passive attitudes and approaches to major issues in our community. Thank you Kevin.
Kevin's delivery never offended me because that's how most of us grew up where I'm from. Especially if you're parents are from the Caribbean.. one love Kevin this was needed 🙏🏽💯
This is the sad reality that the last caller doesn't quite get. It's not meant for the majority of women to understand and grasp the concepts because it's unrealistic. You can teach thousands of black people how to become millionaires and the majority of them will die broke. Life isn't designed for everybody to see out of the same lens unfortunately but if you can put new eyes on the few that were blind then mission accomplished.
like his point of yea whats 10 marraiges if 1000 more women arent receiving your message. Well thats too bad for the 1000 dumbasses who couldnt put their attitude or ego aside i guess. Its like weight loss, you either accept the fact you have to eat less food and cant eat the junk food anymore and lose the weight, or you keep trying to have cheat meals, snacks etc and wonder why youre still fat
@@jlogan2228 yup I’m in this surgery group and 90 percent of the ladies bmi are 30 and over and when they ask how to lose weight that’s the best part because it’s teas and shakes
The Uber driver was an embarrassment. He projected the stagnation of his music career and average salary onto black women then tried to use Kevin’s words against him. Can’t make this shit up🤦🏽♂️
The Uber driver situation with phd girlfriend was hard to watch .. He can’t take care of family but want marriage on 45k Salary... embarrassing to sit and watch
I’m 23 and my ex and I broke up because I brought up marriage thinking it was time since we've been dating for 6 years and she explained that she's not letting a man put a ring on her finger that ain't put together yet. After watching this, I understand why that was said and why marrying now might not be ideal. Thank you for content!
Well at least she was in touch with her instincts.. On the other hand she could accept an average life with you, on the other she could try and support you while chasing a purpose but YOU are the one who has to find that purpose..
This exemplifies why HVM are rare. These brothers are insecure, not focused on their purpose, and couldn’t articulate a point if it would save their lives.
The craziest part is HVM nor HENRY would call his show bc we already get the outcomes. No truly married woman or high value women don’t call either, bc they have husbands and their own purpose. Only insecure men who don’t have money or purpose will call, and only women with kids, PHd degrees, and overweight will call. Real people can’t and don’t debate facts that he says.
@@Iamjoeycross Exactly, 100%. Thorough, successful people are already executing on most of this material. It's those that are average that find it hard to fathom these concepts.
That guy at the end was panda bear. "I'm a marketing manager" yeah, you lie to people for a living, that's why it makes sense to you to moderate your tone and tell women what they want to hear.
The last guy you spoke with, u gave him her thoughts and facts, raw and uncut and I totally agree with u. This is what black woken most definitely need, a man to tell us the harsh truth. Good show!!
Last thing we need to be doing is concerning ourselves with women considering how we came off tonight. Much work to do on ourselves for ourselves it seems before even attempting to focus on them. Real talk
Now I better understand why Kevin gets on women to be “ fit, feminine, and friendly” . You get better options and a higher caliber of men to date. It’s very hard to submit and respect men that are like some of the guys shown here tonight.😐
You’re either a respectful person or you’re not. Stop making excuses I’ve had a 7 digits bank account for almost a decade and everything a man could ask for but I show respect by DEFAULT!! if you’re really respectful, you don’t pick and choose. People who expect some superman to pop out of heavens to be worthy of their respect is usually people who are raggedy, cos that’s a raggedy way of thinking. Respectfully
@@jshooper7819 No offense but a lot of black women were not raised that way. Now that a black man is brining that to our attention we can correct it. Think about how many broken homes we had starting in the 60s after the Vietnam war followed by the crack epidemic. The man was not in the home to teach the girls what men want and need in a wife. You should know that. It’s common sense 🤷🏽♀️
No woman in her right frame of mind would EVER submit to these idiots that called in. And these ones who call in probably believe they are high value. Black men are so very triggered when money is a topic of discussion it is hilarious to watch.
I love this episode because it shows Kevin treats the men exactly like he treats the women. But nobody will come defend the men becuse he's just speaking the truth.
The uber driver, you've known your girlfriend for 8 years and dated for 1 year. Within that period, while she was pursuing her career what was you doing my g?
He actually said he was interested in marrying her but she was hindering what he was trying to do. Perfect example of a couple where the woman was likely trying to help plan how they might elevate together. He saw her ambition and desire for more as a problem. I dealt with that in the beginning of my marriage. Husband want to work his 8 hours come home and be left to his devices. His sports car, hanging with his friends and brothers on the weekends flossing. But anytime I wanted to focus on our next steps, elevating our lives, building something for our kids he accused me of trying to keep up with the Joneses
This is why most of the women callers say they want a man on their level or higher. Because they've found that when trying to build with the college sweetheart or guy she loves, he is resentful of the pressures of what she wants to build
@@keishapuryear8180. It's a double edged sword when you realize men have up until they die to become a high earner or high value. A womans ambition real isn't a man concern if he's paying at least 70% of the bills. As sad as you may think this uber driver may be he's just a couple more days work away from making 2k a week. That would put him in the top 15% of earners. If a woman gets tired of a mans complacency and wants to move on to a man who is more ambitious she must remember that she has to prove herself to that more ambitious man that she deserves to be with him. To some men that "Next Step" is a raise. You leave your man at 30 because he makes 60k and is ok with getting annual pay raises then ten years later he's making 120k and he's right on schedule with when men really start making great money "Hey Big Head" might not work because now that man has options. All of the men in this video are an extra 20 of work a week away from changing thier lives and for some women that still may not be enough if his job or multiple job titles aren't brag worthy. That's usually what the "Next Step" means for most women. Something they can brag about.
