Completely agree but one thing I’ll say I disagree with on this particular video is the “general contractors aren’t paid like that” comment. Kevin is ALWAYS ON POINT GIVING GAME but if ol’boy actually does own his own construction company and is getting real contracts on projects and handing out work to laborers then he is definitely making at least $100k a year and she should have stayed with him. But yea she was definitely still in a delusion none the less.

@@Wanderer25 completely agree but you never know now a days I doubt the guy has a company like Whiting & Turner making millions (hopefully one day he does) but he can still turn a damn good profit depending on how many hired laborers he has and what contract he has won and working on plus how many he is doing a year, Ive seen many of middle tier contractors owners back when I was working construction, those guys on the site that got the bid on a contract and was making over $150k easy each year. Usually Kevin is on the mark a lot but just this one sentence “general contractors don’t make no money” he was off on that one. Everything hit the Mark tho.

First, you give your man away to the other woman., who now gets the benefits of all the time you invested in the man. @Zamad Allah she likely did before her kid was born. Even when they work at it, women do not bounce all the way back to pre-pregnancy weight unless in their teens. Particularly women of color and taller women. By the age of 25 having my own business I was making net £104k (at the time of exchange rate in $ is $208k) I was working 15hr days 7 days a week. I hardly saw my girlfriend and have no children, couldn’t plan holidays easy, couldn’t stay out late as I needed sleep, stress if staffing and contractors had issues, I had nice things (big house, car and a few properties as extra investment) etc etc but it was hard and couldn’t enjoy my money and she thinks it’s easy to earn $400k net with a child 😂😂😂

Kevin reminds me of my father. For clarity, KS is pointing out HVM have options. They don't all cheat or exercise their options, but the reality is they could. The more modern she is, the higher the chance he will exercise an option.
Side note: big rule of economics. If you can bring home $400k a year as a bartender by setting up a battening businesses, then it’s not going to last. More people are going to do the same thing. I’m a man of high value. I work in real estate as an investor. I’m on pace to make over 200K this year from that first source of income. I have a family of 5 kids including my lady. We met in middle school and grew together. The last thing I want to hear when I have important work to do is that my lady wants to go to work. In our house income determines priority.
Simple parallel is when investing in stocks does it make more sense to start at 40 or perhaps 26? If women value husband, family and kids more than their career (tends to be just a job) it makes more sense to focus on that outcome earlier smh 🤦🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤧.
