couldn't agree more. Our Vevor stopped within a month. The lights work and thermostat works but no auger turning or compressor turning on. I shoudl have not cheeped out and bought a Bunn or Faby instead.

@@phillipcrawford1719 ultra282468 Part number34000.0169 I got the flat top unit to fit under my cabinet here. They also have it with the large lighted tops. Mine is the white and stainless unit. I would have preferred the black unit but this was hundreds cheaper. Bought it from katom kitchen supply. Lowest price anywhere. Sam's club has a similar still ultra II unit for around the same price but it was the lighted top unit.

It was delivered. It also worked initially... Either way the electrical issue is common according to their customer service yet they won't address or fix it. It's a poorly made, cheap Chinese machine.

I didn't blame shipping. Nor was that the issue... It lasted less than 3 weeks. They were unwilling to offer any support. They are selling garbage products.
@@comancheclub3449 they were unwilling to provide any real customer service or warrant parts/work. Returned the unit as it's a trash product made by a trash company.
@@mertechperformance My comment was meant for OP. But thanks for the heads up. I am working on a Vevor brand slushy machine and parts are non existent. The machine doesn't even have a model/serial number on it. I contacted a supplier and they said Vevor is a Chinese knock off and parts are not available.
@@comancheclub3449 gotcha, well sad to say, good luck. My machine has a part number but I'd have to dig through emails to maybe, possible, probably not, find any invoice from it.
I took the panel off the side all connectors were tight and appeared to be soldered to the board. All appeared to be connected solid. Doesn't really matter it's long gone now
Everything that maybe you just got lucky we did send it back we got another one. Had similar issues both of them had issues. Neither one lasted even a month in at home private use conditions. There's a reason the BUNN machines work much better. You get what you pay for. Do you have a financial stake in this company? I've had many different vevir products all have been subpar all have been getting a cheap product as they are a cheap product
