Brooklyn is FIRST 2 Day's in a row #RESPECT SOLID EPISODE Safe Travels to my favorite OTR driver Memo to South Carolina and Georgia revenue collector's, our OTR driver gets a pass, he has clearly PAID HIS DUES PAID IN FULL EXEMPT MY FAVORITE OTR DRIVER PLEASE. Bless up from Brooklyn NY
Used to live near the Bayport Terminal in Texas-big NAFTA port. We civilians hated those Mexico plate trucks. 90% had shit falling off of them and 100% were driven like they had terrorists at the wheel.
Your videos have me cracking up 😂 cause you really say what we feel when we’re out there the road it comes out naturally. All we do is talk shit about every thing and everyone else!! Lol
Thanks for ride it was great somedays are good somedays are not that good it's ok ur the boss dont stress yourself iam sure it's going to get better take care brother be safe
Definitely good and bad days. And I should have learned after all of these years not to stress about it but waiting times are killing me. I freaking hate it.
Bandit how are you? Look make sure when you put a different temperature that there's no temperature recorder on the load. Some shipper's slide them in the trailer. If something happens you will get a claim and the broker not going to say anything. Just be careful sometimes you don't see it because it's on one of the boxes. Lots of time they will put it on the wall inside your trailer. Take care brother.....
Good evening brother. I’ve had them actually put it in on a few loads before. I did run it at -20 on this one, even though the broker said that I could run it at -10 after I leave. It’s too risky not to follow shippers instructions.
Good morning, I know why I find that beast of yours so sexy I have a 2000 GT mustang same color blue with a white convertible top. She's very sexy. Very clean inside out. I've had a couple of corvettes, an 81 and 88 pace car. Yes I'm a nut over cars and truck. I've even had a 32 T bucket. Good bye my friend be Blessed and safe out there. I lived in Mexico, Mo now I live in Iowa. Was watching one of your videos and you drove right by my old homestead of 28 yrs. That was pretty cool.
I’ve seen boiled peanuts in Texas and other places but I’ve never tried it. I didn’t think it would be any good. But I will definitely try it next time i find them somewhere thanks to you.
Nice video Bandit, glad your load didn't get messed up with different temperatures. I'm sorry about my last question, I was just curious, you didn't answer though. Have a great trip, take care be safe . Love your videos
I have never done reefer. I have done lots of flatbed both step deck and regular flatbed and I have done lots of dry van. It looks like some reefer is pretty normal but some time reefer is difficult? It looks like it would be OK if you went to the same places regularly? But for the places that want the seal with the paper work? It's seems like almost every place has different procedures? Like some will say it's what it is?
I don’t mind reefer that much. Only thing that I hate about it is that every place is strictly appointment. I loved doing dry van because allot of it was first come first serve.
It’s pretty obvious that you are a man of your word Bandit Another thing that I’m sure about is that your list of Do Not Go There places is going to get a lot bigger 🤣🤣 Stay Safe out there Mate
Your going to find that pulling a reefer is a hurry up and wait business almost everywhere you go you better pack a lunch and dinner that's just how this industry is and lumper fees are out of this world I've been pulling reefers for 32 years now.
Been pulling reefers for 6 years now. Yea put it on start/stop they put temp readers in the trailer and they know when the temperature goes up and down you risk having the load rejected
Oh man bandit I just rolled in from Atlanta doing the Boston Red Sex playing the Braves. Could have had lunch. Let me know if your back in Greenville again. Stay safe
Much appreciated buddy. This was few weeks back but I’m just posting it now because i lost my memory card with videos on it. I’m up here in Concord, NC right now being tormented by stupid Gordon Food Service.
I don’t let none of those truck drivers in if they don’t read those construction signs that says right or left lane ends ahead they just want to get ahead of you
Trying to survive in these hard times my friend. Been doing this for a long time and I don’t remember ever seeing it this bad. Thank you very much brother 🙏🏼 you stay safe as well 🙏🏼
@@OTRBandit I pray it gets better for you... I pray it gets better for all of us in trucking. We have to stay prayerful and believe! Bad days don't last always. Keep on keeping on... 🙏🏽
@@user-cg8kf8we8yI keep hoping that it’ll get better around the election time. But can’t be for sure. Hopefully something changes soon because we can’t keep going like this forever.
Hey Buddy, Yes sir, I think that lady was telling you a lie, that she had called you several times where you got unloaded, & its seems like they're check in procedure is kind of weird. Thanx for the ride into Norcross ! About the drone & Lake Michigan, I would not want the power pack to die while you were flying it. Since your are your own authority, just asking because I don't know, when you book a load ( now with reefer loads ), does the broker include wait or detention pay, like when you were waiting those hours to be unloaded in Norcross ?? I never did reefer, just van. Just curious, but it is what it is, Pprrrtttt. Looking forward to the next one, stay safe, keep R between the mayo & mustard. Thanks Buddy..
Thank you very much brother. Broker does list on there what you will be paid for detention but it’s just bunch of bull shit. I’ve been doing this for a long time and I’ve probably gotten paid detention less than 10 times. And I’ve been detained over my hours hundreds of freaking times. A lot of times you send request for detention and it takes forever to get it and most of the times you just never ever get it. I think that lady was definitely lying. She never called me.
I was just in South Carolina and I did see some fruit stands but I didn’t know if they were selling peaches. But I didn’t have anywhere to park this thing by fruit stand anyway.
@@OTRBandit No peaches are not in season in SC right now. More an August thing. Right now the only peaches that would be around are ones that a trucker brought from somewhere in a reefer!!!😁😁. And since watching your channel I know that a refrigerator truck is called a reefer. 🤣
They are definitely in there doing something. Either getting food or using a restroom. But shouldn’t leave it at the pumps unless you can get everything done in less than 5 minutes.
Thank you very much, Shannon. You have a great night as well. Looks like they might have had tornado in charlotte area today. When I was driving through there was bunch of downed trees and one billboard.
@@OTRBandit oh my gosh! We were under a tornado watch earlier. I’m so glad you are okay and didn’t encounter that tornado. Bandit I’m just North of Charlotte
Always sitting there. Sometimes I understand why they do that but I don’t like it. They just don’t want to slow down all the time to let the people over that are merging onto the interstate.
What da hell is that lil bbuurrdd you do all the time 😂😂😂 Refers do pretty good at keeping cool but when it’s really hot they work pretty hard, I usually run an additional 5 degrees on stop/start especially, it’s not as important when your running continuous.
I am not sure honestly because I don’t know what area you live in. You can go to Truck driving school and pay for that yourself or you can have a trucking company pay for you but then you will have to work for them for about a year until you pay that back.. if you can pay for it out of your own pocket, I would definitely recommend doing that instead of having Trucking company pay for you.
