DO NOT MISS THESE POWER ARMOR IN FALLOUT 4 

Brotherhood of steel is not the easiest way to get a T-60 set, with brotherhood of steel you have to do two missions in order to get it... With Adam cats you have to walk up talk to the vendor and purchase it. No missions necessary

My fave power armor is the T-51 Nuka Cola armor. T-51 is the cheapest to repair and it's nearly as good as the other more advanced armors.

Hellfire armor. But I only ever use power armor when I go to the glowing sea.

You missed the secret T-60 suit in far Harbor, if you get the brotherhood to attack Acadia the Brotherhood Captain armor will be on the Brotherhood knight leading the attack

Wow I never knew this was a thing. I just dumped all my gear and weapons after beating Coulter for the Overboss power armor

They found me I didn't find them and got some free Armour from it that didn't make them any happier

@@mauricecrawley ahhh that's the first part of Echoes. You found the ambush. Keep following the quest. I believe by the end of it you'll have access to three or four suits of X-02, 3 or 4 Hellfire, a few heavy incinerators, a Tesla cannon and a good supply of plasma cartridges and plasma weapons. Plus a decent new clothing set called the colonel's uniform. It's a quest worth doing.

I got 6 suits of x-01 armor and 4 armor frames (so far) because of that lol

Spoilers in case anyone minds. I used stealth and pickpocket to get a bunch of enclave power armor with the frames and also cores: I leveled my sneak to 4 stars and my pickpocket to I believe 3 stars, alongside some points into agility to raise pickpocket chances. I then got Pickman's blade as a stealth melee weapon, and a modded for damage suppressed sniper with recon scope to put a spot tag on enemies so I could watch their walking patterns to decide when to go in (or pop the non-power armor enclave soldiers heads like grapes from a distance). I would sneak up at night to the enclave power armor wearing guys at each location, and pickpocket the fusion core off of them, kicking them out of the suit. Then I either ran off if discovered, or used Pickman's blade to take them out without the rest of their team knowing where I was, or used a modded combat shotgun to kill the guy leaving the power armor and then quickly their non-power armor friends. I got SO MANY armor with the armor frames from the Echoes of the Past questline due to this, I think I got around or over 7 or 8 frames in total from this (and still more suits that I couldn't get the frames for stashed in storage), including mark 6 enclave hellfire armor (that you can just remove the enclave paint for if you don't like it) and mark 6 X02 enclave armor. Just make sure after finishing the Echoes of the Past that you pick up for information on the three other outposts, which will be miscellaneous quests instead of named quests. Each location has (besides other good loot) an X02 wearing guy, and one location had 2 for me, with one being a boss-type guy who had the mark 6 X02. Lastly, you can paint the X02 armor to a lot of other colors, like pink, orange, red, green, swamp camo pattern, desert camo pattern, etc. which makes it even better to wear and customize! One note, if you do what I did to also get the free frames, unfortunately they will count as stolen, so if you take the fusion core out while at your base where goody two-shoes companions live like Preston or Valentine, they'll think you are stealing and it will say they disliked that (even if they aren't your active companion, and I was in my home secluded away and hidden, if they were still within a certain distance they just magically knew). If you are on PC, open console commands (~), press on the armor, and type "setownership". That will make it go from red text to green, no longer stolen. Alternatively instead of pickpocketing the core, if the power armor is strong enough you can shoot the core, which blows it up killing the guy inside without also destroying the frame (not sure if this always doesn't destroy the frame though or if I got lucky). I only saw one armor not also get destroyed doing this, it was the boss-guy with the mark 6 X02 armor at one of the misc outposts. I don't remember if that counted it as stolen or not, I only did it to mess around and was surprised to see that the armor was still standing after detonation.

It's not a requirement to have all three pieces to gain the buff, just that they have 5% each.

I just snagged this set as I just completed the DLC. It was okay. I didn't like having a forced companion but it was okay. The tesla gun is friggn' saweeeeeet!

The only reason I hunt down all of the star cores is because once you plug them all in, you can actually ride the sci-fi themed roller coaster. Which is actually pretty awesome.

Just shoot the fusion core in VATs, it forces them out of power armor so you can yoink the frame as well.

You can buy a power armour frame in diamond city market then wait 48 hours for the store reset if you need frames.

Fr, that first set I got from the beginning enclave mission really surprised me. Got a full mk 6 set and I wade through enemies. Almost feels unfair😂

I fell in love way back in FO2. Then I found a set of Mark 2. It's changed quite a bit but I still like to rock it.

If enemies are in the armor, and you can manage it, sneak up on them and pickpocket the fusion core. It forces them out, so yeah can steal the frame as well.

Yeah, you have to make it during a quest to get out of it. I almost missed it bc I found another way to get out...

I got an Ironman set going, 2 floors of a house now in Scanturay with 10 per wall and 3 in the center. Hit up Gunner gangs again and again for none raider versions.

If thats the bunker near Sunshine Tidings, you won't get Raider armor. There's a bug where raider armor that gets dropped turns into T-51 armor when you pick it up. Unless the update fixed that bug... It is a way to farm T-51 parts early game though I suppose?
