I’ve started focusing on myself. I felt chaos all around. I realized it’s the world around me so I’ve turned inside. Started working out more, sauna (trying to clean out the toxins) and eating better. I’ve also made sure I go to bed at a certain time. Surprised that’s been the hardest. 😂

Defff feeling this! I had to go home from the office early to take a nap lol feeling slightly better but still dizzy… It all makes sense! I can feel as if something big is coming and things in the 3D are ridiculous and weird! My mind wants to complain and is not happy with my 3D life right now but my spirit is saying relax you’re being guided and protected. Two weeks ago I went on my one year travel journey I have always dreamed of. I always knew that this chapter of my life will be essential for my very own personal growth. I’ve been together with my soulmate since one year. We really tried to keep up the relationship via texting and phone calls but the intense way I miss him is so hard for me. The last few years I tried to mute my intuition. But this full moon is making it scream from the top of its lungs. I realized that the only way I can fully find myself is by taking a break from this relationship. It is just so hard because I‘ve never felt so much love for a soul than for his. It’s hard to think about letting him go but I need to be alone on this journey. And what makes him even more perfect is that he is full of understanding even though he is going through a heartbreak too. I’ve cried my heart out yesterday. But still, I need this time, this detachment from constantly missing him. Otherwise I can’t be the person I want to become. I can’t be the partner he deserves to be by his side for the rest of his life. I love him. More than words can say. For Gods sakes may our souls find back together.
Woo I didn’t feel the energy until a couple nights ago. I was feeling stuck emotionally like I needed to cry but also felt frozen. Then the universe forced me to move by sending an army of ants into my pantry lol. So I was forced to cleanse my space-got rid of all expired food and sorted it all. While I was doing it I was listening to piano music and a chord struck me and I started sobbing. It was like purging the pantry helped me purge my emotions. I have since cleaned and saged the entire house and can FEEL the energy shift.

This full moon experience… love, loss, growth, pain in every aspect. This time around, I feel a shift for the first time in a week today where I’m ready to take charge. Not because I’m ready but because I am healing, and in turn change is here now. For the first time in a love time, I fell in love, I believed I found my soulmate, then he left and he mirrored all my trauma and triggers, not to hurt me but to show me, I am the one who can inflict pain too. So on this journey I’m releasing ancestoral trauma, changing for the better. And have witnessed who I am that I need to love and accept and the parts of who I am not that need to be released. All because of love, through love. This full moon is bringing me a real release. Of things that have affected me always but I have finally realized.
Truth be told I was very scared for this full moon but I set an intention to be taught any lessons with love. I do have some revelations after doing the journaling prints and I did fall sick coz of the energy but thankfully I was prepared and so were the people around me thanks to you my love ❤ I do belive the last ceremony we did I set a similar intention and that helped a lot!
