Hey, do not ever throw away your old 12v car wind shield wiper motor because i will be showing what is inside a car windshield wiper motor and I will also make a rust removing machine using this old 12 volts Car DC Wiper Motor. Please note that during demonstration, i didn't run the machine for long so
the results were not 100% but you can get an idea.

Hey Everyone ! I saw that some of you were not satisfied with the performance of this machine but i must tell you that it works great. And, because i did not leave the rusted tool inside the machine for longer duration since i had to upload the video, results were premature. I believe that the results would have been really good ( atleast for bigger tools ) if i left it for longer durations like 3 hours.

LOL, novel use. There are always going to be complainers, who conveniently have zero videos of their own.... Personally I think a tumbler-type of apparatus would work as well, however I'm sure for some people a horizontal style like this will have some uses. Don't let the h8ers get to you.

good job I want to ask you about something I want to use a car wiper motor In converting a fishing machine to work with electricity But I am afraid that the plastic gear will break inside the motor If I implement the idea, will the gear break from the weight of the fish? There are many videos on RU-vid, but there is no explanation if the internal gear was changed to a metal gear I hope you have an idea or solution for this

Insufficient abrasion to be useful. Would have been better to connect the motor to one of the plastic bottles, filled with sand and metal.

Why not offer safe 3D-prints? Lithium cell can be dangerous when touching. Most of the surface of the cell is the negative, the little tab being the positive. Even small cut or bruise in the wrappings of two cells side by side can be dangerous. Cells also get warm when used, another reason why not stick them side by side AND inside plastic.

Actually this piece is not targeted to be used as a part of the battery pack but as a temporary 18650 battery holder for performing nickel strip welding. After which you can take the set out of this holder case and insert new batteries for making another set.
