They are useless, so is tgeir monarchy , its like disneyland but instead of cartoons its a genocidal maniacs family inside . Fuck britain , fuck the royal family . Jai hind
I wonder of people understand that this guard is a highly trained and armed military officer and not just standing there for amusement but for a special purpose, protection for HMKC and the Royal family. Taken photos without permission is not only very un polite but I think also forbid bye law, here is something in the law about privacy and because there on duty for them it counts even more. That they tolerate it would be a reason to be grateful instead of laughing and making fun of it. They all are great and and compliments for all of them ❤❤❤❤❤
I hate how people treat the royal guards like tourist attractions and like they’re not humans. They are the most hardworking soldiers ever, they might as well deserve more or as much respect as the royals themselves.
The woman in the light-colored coat taking the selfie has been in other videos, taking selfies. I guess she really does stop and take selfies every time she walks by. First time I’ve heard this guard say anything other than ‘make way’. Nice voice.
@@linkslayer15 we ask these ignorant questions during peace time! Go back to medieval times and find out what the King's life guard are allowed to do... 🤷🏼♂️
People dont understand that the queens guard (Now kings guard) are not there for your amusement. They are highly trained soldiers who have the license to kill if necessary.
@@sendcomewho military exhibition is a tradition as old as these units are. In canada you have military at the Pacific Northwest Exhibition, inside the amusement park section too. Full uniform and they even show off their tanks like the leopard. Also do it at places like the calgary rodeo. It doesnt mean the public is entitled to touch military personnel or the equipment. Common sense if you ask me
They basically are side shows. That's why they wear those funny outfits and yell alot. It is always a goofy person they picked to be the guard also. They are basically a fool.
@MrThe1234guy wtf would you know about the history of the Guards regiments? They have hundreds of years of honourable and loyal service. The Coldstream Guards are the highest decorated regiment in the world. They are still front line fighting soldiers. What have you done with your life???
@@lea-rw5cb • The very least ANYBODY, ANYWHERE, can expect is to to be treated as a fellow human being, and not to have their personal space invaded. No-one has the right to walk up to a complete stranger and touch or lean on that person. The fact that he is a serving soldier is immaterial.
This is why the royal palace is a good thing for Britain. Tourism and soft power. Other then the Royals, what does UK really have over other European destinations like Spain, Italy, Monaco, France, Portugal etc. Nothing.
I always thought they looked kind of goofy, and they still do, but the way that he looked to the left and right, swiveling his head like a bird of prey… these guys are scary, man. They are highly trained professionals, and you don’t want to fuck with them.
These ppl are arrogant I can't believe the way ppl are I never ever thought ppl are like this...maybe I lead a sheltered live I guess what confusing me most is how they are allowed to disrespect the guards and horses
I’m American. IMO…this is the equivalent of doing that to a police officer, or a soldier. I would never walk up to a cop, and touch him. You don’t do that. I get not everyone sees royal guards everyday. I’m sure it’s a cool experience. But who goes into someone’s personal space…at all! Let alone…make physical contact with them!
Some of these people are so ignorant and completely devoid of manners! These are human beings not statues. Sometimes we can't watch because of what we see in the abuse of these visitors towards these guards and horses!
bruh I‘d have problems just getting a normal picture taken because he can’t really agree or disagree whether that’s fine with him meanwhile there are actually people out there who fuckin go up close taking a selfie 🥲😒🙄
They seem a lot more like cosplayers now than any kind of soldier. I’m pretty convinced that their main purpose today is to attract the tourism, maybe also a touch of just trying to maintain the English/British identity as a second thought. Those positions used to be filled by great giants of men who were built like matured Soviet hockey players. Today many seem very young and borderline out of shape. I believe fully that their Queen was really the last true force in the world holding that identity together and in the wake of her death I started noticing an increase in things that are sort of performative attempts at maintaining a very much dying identity and era. It’s a bitter thing to see from the outside.
