What if the product is so competitive, cost per click is so high? Let's say at least $3 per click and product price is $30. Ahould we sell that or quit and look for another?

If you are doing FBA Wholesale(if there are other sellers who are selling the same product)and Dropshipping, there is no need to run PPC. You can run PPC for Wholesale if you are the only seller.
