Thank you, I'm new at meditating and 30 minutes feels long to me :-) I guess that's what happen when you start with 10 minutes. Your book has been a game changer for me, I was so confused about the techniques before!
Such a wonderful meditation. Does anyone else have trouble keeping their eyes open for this? The deep relaxation mixed with the unfocused gaze seems to make them keep closing. I feel like I get much deeper into the meditation with them open, but I need to keep opening my eyes.
