man the way Do san's character developed throughout the series was what kept me hooked

I’m still searching for the so called violent and manipulative do san that haters are talking about, His acting is a masterpiece.

Never thought of or wanted her with Han. Yes, he too is handsome and successful but humility and integrity never fail. Nam was phenomenal as Dosan. Suzy and Nam both.

In defense of Do San: Han Jipyeong got lots of time to go see Dal - Mi after she stopped receiving letters. Even when Dal-mi needed him, he was afraid to confess the truth, so he went to fetch Do San. He was a competent man, and when he saw Do San became attached to Dal Mi, he tried to win her over. Before that, he had little or no feeling towards her, he was busy with his work. (And I'm not saying that's a bad thing, everyone must do what they need to do to be content in life.) Then comes Do-San. You can see from his looks that he fell for her at the first sight. He gave her his most treasured object, the ball that always inspired him. (Yeah at that moment he was ready to sell it, but he didn't actually SELL it to Dal-Mi or wished anything from her in return) He was just being there, for her. The weight of lie put on his shoulder by Han Jipyeong and Dal Mi's grandmother was eating him alive, but he couldn't confess, thinking he might hurt her and her grandmother. Meanwhile, he started to like her, as a person. So he was afraid what would happen if he confessed. But the thing is, it was never his idea in the first place. It was Han Jipyeong's. If Han Jipyeong truly loved her, why would he go such lengths to prolong his lies is beyond me. I'm not saying Han Jipyeong is a bad person. He obviously is not. But look at Dal Mi and Do San. How they shared a dream and made it a reality. I think this broke the typical K-Drama stereotypes. Rather than a rich CEO coming and saving Dal Mi, she also along with her boyfriend rises from the ash. It's really inspiring. Also, I think Han Jipyeong has more chance with In Jae. They are both stubborn, competitive, and hardworking. I think they complete each other.

always team nam dosan here but i've always love han jipyeong as a character and yes i seriously got second lead syndrome but dosan is meant to be with dalmi the development of their relationship the tiny details all adds up which makes it whole, love this !!

Wow nice editing.. finally a video that makes me want to watch the drama. Before i didnt want to watch itu because i dont like love triangle, especially when lead and second lead man both are fine and nice. And the idea not to choose her first love always bothering me. Also knowing until the last episode the are a lot of people who prefer suzy with the other guy keeps me not wanting watch the drama.. but watching this, i think suzy chose the right man. Beautiful as ever. Dosan tried to fit in as the one in the letters, be tried to become someone else for her, and gave his best, even though he wasnt the guy who wrote her letter, he loved her , later she accepted him. Thats what i found beautiful. Dont you dare say that dosan wasnt good enough. For all those who wished she would end up with jipyeong, despite his efforts,he realised his feelings too late. And was hesitant. Anyways it was really a beautiful drama. ♡
