Turns out the Key to the vacuum is the psoas muscle (pronounced So-as). despite the fact that you are targeting transverse abdominis when doing the vacuum it’s the psoas muscle that tends to be the weakest link in most people and if you psoas muscle needs rehabilitation it actually effects stomach vacuum
Ironically most people don’t even know the psoas exists let alone how to actually keep it strong and Healthy yet it arguably may be the most important muscle in the human body.
Anyway once you get that psoas muscle in check The carryover is insane and not just limited to the vacuum but in almost every area your anatomy across the board
