It's funny to think women were (are) afraid of getting bulky. It takes a LOT of effort to build muscle. My husband gave me my first set of weights in 1980. I lifted heavy. I even worked out at Gold's Gym with the bulky guys. 😀 I think lifting heavy has helped me throughout my life (62). Right now I'm doing Caroline Girvan (I like the combined moves) and of course Les Mills Combat for agility, power and flexibility.
I wish .. if I do that stuff I wouldn't be able to walk for 2 weeks..😭 I do try to walk as much as my body will let me but even that will put me out and that is what they need brace
