I really enjoyed your workout routines. As a beginner who wants to have a strong and healthy body, you help me a lot because I have slight scoliosis and weight liftings are prohibited. I started doing LEG EXERCISE, MORNING EXERCISE, CORE ROUTINE, MOBILITY EXERCISE last week and now this ABS WORKOUT. I will also do your CHEST EXERCISE. Looking for more videos. Doing a push, pull and leg split with your beginner vids. Hitting them twice a week and always doing this ab workout after 2-3 rounds of the main workout. As a beginner I love the vids and the way you show easier variations

Hey, guys! I've seen your channel before but I'm now to it. Ijust subscribed because I thought you guys had awsome videos! I have to say thanks for this workout! It was short but I felt it. It was great! I'm fascinated with calisthenics. Don't know which fitness route to go so I've tried a bit of weights. but, so far mostly bodyweight workouts. Love the vids guys! PS; Your breathing in the side crunch is not optimal; you are breathing in when you crunch; this is actually working against your crunch. Also if some of you want to double time this you can choose to breath out left and breathe in right. This is more comfortable than right out and left in.
