@caronanderson99 can I ask what you do now, I wanted to start trucking but you've experienced that I would love to get some of your opinions and advice
@@loyaltyrich5115I just laid off by Tesla, been a CDL driver for 5 years and now looking to just start my own box truck business. If you’re able to help. Located in AZ if that’s needed.
@@150cc_julio box trucks make 6-900 local and 1-1600 outta state or state to state. If you pay someone 250 a route for a non cdl box truck which is a great rate. How much does that leave you after expenses. Or is that’s loss?
This dude I know claiming 3k a day driving box trucks and I’ve been running semi 6 years now so I highly doubt it. Who’s running box trucks and what’s the most seen weekly?
Yea insurance is all you need and registration how did you buy the truck with out insurance usually you have to have active policy before you can drive off the lot
@@ontherun954 I bought through an auction with my dealers license I have insurance with that. But now I need Commercial Insurance. Was it hard finding loads with a new authority? Also, what load boards would you recommend using for people with new authority?
Idea;) How about working 8 hrs in a truck box biz, and then pay partially to 1 to 2 drivers to work another 16 hrs on your truck 😊 Just keep up focusing on the new orders coming to get your biz going forward....
Yea he is right if you stay local an getting the work off boards your not going to make a lot of money If you are looking to stay local try to find direct work with people so you can cut out the middle man otherwise you will have to at least be willing to do regional work so you can make money
