I don't know if I should do this. It's very painful. I have enough strength in my limbs although it really hurts my knees. But it seems to be helping. So i'm going to make a part of my process. I used to be really strong, but now I'm weak. I'm going to become strong again. Thanks to you - Dr./Master LI.

Man that hand-movement is really difficult for me. I was surprised. It took me a couple minutes to figure it out. I had a problem Switching directions. I could feel strength returning in my forearms. Shalom.
