Needed this. I have a craft ( molds and craft supplies) is really hard to niche down you can work with mold in lots of arts. Resin, soap, clay, wax/ candle, etc. Every time I use a mold in a video. I'm struggling with hashtag #️⃣. In a video I'm using all tags related to candle, in another related to soap and so on. So I think the algorithm is not showing up my posts. I can't niche down as my products works for lots of crafts.
Thank you for transparency. I have so much i create and this is the FIRST time heard how to niche down this way. You crossed my path just when I needed you. ❤
Thank you for putting your time and effort into these videos. They're extremely helpful. Your ideas and experience to help others to set up their business are invaluable. I am toying with the idea of investing in a Cricut. I have been a papercrafter for 10 years. I designed for magazines in the past which was exciting for a while. Secretly I've always dreamed of opening an etsy shop. I only ever hear what products sell best, but what about the longevity of the items created with a Cricut? I'm talking about how many washes before the vinyl comes of a garment etc. It's all well if we make beautiful, handmade items, but surely they should last?
When setting up the account to test out the products, would it be possible to test out different crafts on the same account, for example tumblers and greeting cards or would a person set up different accounts for different types of crafts? Thanks! Love your videos!
I'm still trying to figure out what my niche is with my cricut crafts... I've made leather patches and put them on hats, puzzles, keychains and I'm not sure which one I should stick with because they aren't selling... any help?
Hey Amy! Thanks again for the great advice, as always! You are pronouncing niche wrong, unless that's part of an accent or something from where you live. Sorry. Just wanted to let you know. 💜 Love all you info!
