Ive been climbing less than a year, the biggest improvement for myself has come from incorporating drills into my warm up, I will definitely be adding this to my warm up as dynos are rubbish!
Lovely drill! It's great also to overcome fear of losing control on ropes when you are afraid of falling. Also, another progression is doing it with smallore hold or less fingers so that you learn how much momentum you should have to not have to take a lot of whiplash when grabbing 🙌
