When the video starts, and Hansaji says "Namaskar", no matter what I am doing, automatically my hands get into Namaskar position, and in my mind I say "Namaskar Mom"

The first & foremost thing is accept the world the way it is. Do not worry about the things you cannot control. Accept that if something is not right then you're perspective may be wrong. This is how the people are who don't have blood pressure.

I have tested my cholesterol and i is normal, ecg is normal , rebal Doppler is also normal but my blood pressure is 170/110!!!! What should be the cause? I am confused

Drink beet juice 😋 eat 🍌🥑🍵green tea 🍵 ,coconut 🥥 water.which is high in potassium. Also take Magnesium pill at night.

I have reversed my recently detected Hypertension. Trust me, I am someone who wants results with little comfort and here are the things which I did and if I can do it then I am sure everyone can.. 1)I like meditation or rather you can say going into trance, thinking about good things or your dreams. Do this for at least 20-30mints. I put on music and just dream with my eyes closed. I also do 5mints of deep breathing and conscious breathing whenever you get the opportunity, remember to hold your breath for 4-7 seconds each time when you inhale and exhale. 2) Be positive and keep on affirming good things throughout the day. A few days can go bad and it might be difficult, but still fake it and just recite your affirmations. 3)Walk or Do a little cardio you can even do at home 20-30mints is okay in the beginning. Better if you can do both. 4)Last but not the least your diet, food is the major culprit here atleast in my case it was. I started doing intermittent fasting 16:8. No meals means absolutely nothing after 6pm, only next day around 9-10am in the morning I will have a breakfast. Throughout the day also do not eat all those nonsense and crappy food. Try these things for a few days/weeks and see the results. Work on your belief and keep saying to yourself that You Can Do It.

Any regularly performed yog asana reduces blood presssure, you don't have to do specific postures, just do yoga regularly.

I was looking through RU-vid to find advice on reducing my blood pressure, and this video came up. Immediately , I thought, not another yoga guru pushing yoga as the answer to everything. (How wrong was I)? This lovely lady gives us lots of help and advice on ways to change our lifestyles for the better. And so reducing our blood pressure, yoga being a part of that if we want . Public comments. It is important to protect your self and family by building your immune system and blood count and pH level is vital to fight against virus and general hygiene daily and take necessary precaution daily and eating healthy food and nutrition daily . The leading cause of sickness is constipation and too much acidity and lack of sleep and lack of water intake daily and lack of 🌞 light and lack of exercise daily and lack of proper food and nutrition daily. Avoid too much salt and sugar . Stay positive and meditation and yoga daily will definitely help you in life.

I have tried everythig to lower my blood pressure. I do drink about 3 to 4 cups of coffee a day. I have tried to stop but I just can't seem to let that go. I go to the gym 4 days a week. I am not overweight and have no weight to lose. I do not eat a high sodium diet and I eat 100% organic at my house. I gave up alcohol 7 months ago. I eat a lot of cayenne pepper to lower my blood pressure. This seems to help. I have 2 german shepherd dogs that keep me active playing balls with them and taking them on walks. I take 2 prescriptions for high blood pressure but they drive me mad as I hate the side effects, one of which is it has destroyed my libido. I saw a therapist for 5 months and this lowered my stress quite a bit. I am not sure what I can do but I am wishing with all my heart and mind to get off medications and lower my blood pressure naturally. I have worked in health food stores selling nutritional supplements my entire working life. I can tell you how to resolve almost all health issues except for high blood pressure.

मेंम नमस्कार कुछ दिन पहले ही पता चला कि मेरा bp 170 है। dr को दिखाया था। उन्होंने दवा दी है। जो मैंने अभी तक नही ली। मैन आपका वीडियो देखा। आज फिर bp चेक करवाया तो 166 आया है। तो मुझे कुछ उपाय दिखाई जो मेरा bp बिना दवाई लिए कंट्रोल हो ऐसा कुछ बताई। कोई आयुर्वेदिक उपचार हो तो वो भी बताना ।
