Yeee hi Liam, yeah I´m planning more zbrush and some substance stuff too, and Unreal. and moho. and drawings. wow, 2023 is gonna be an epic year!!! get readyyyy
Best Moho videos in youtube!!. Thank you for explaining everything in such detail, for giving so many examples, all your videos are full of incredible information and more. Thanks to your videos I have been able to start drawing and animating. It's something I've always wanted to do and I can't believe I'm already doing it. I checked for Moho classes / or places to learn in my city and they don't exist, and animation courses in other programs are very expensive. Thank you so much for making this possible Jay. Without your help I would be lost.
Oh Gage, you can´t imagine how much that means to me. Thank you so much for that, and for me is a truly pleasure to help. believe me. Big thanks bro!! for real. I wish you a super trooper amazing and happy new year bro!!.
Yes yes yeeeeeah. That smile 😄. Thanks Jay for another epic video. I'm drawing it right now!!!!!! Thanks for the links and the image. I was waiting for this to work with a nice mouth and eyes. 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
thanks Jay! you are the best ever. Your instagram looks awesome!. and so this tutorial. 13:23 can´t wait for the animation, Im Timon drawing already and It´s looking awesome, the peak option is epic , also the Hide edge tool, and the Line width tool, OMG!!!! I´m loving it.
Aww Naomi!! thanks so, so, so much!! you are sooooo awesome!. yeah I saw you on IG. thanks a lot for your support. and yeah, I love Timon too!! Im working on the second part so, get ready yeeeee . have an amazing new year!!!
Oh yeah Jay, once again epic video. dude, I´m already doing pretty good animations, thanks so much. I´m still having some problems with bones, or dynamics bones but I´m pretty close. I´m starting with the fbf so this is more than a huge thanks!. and have a happy 2023. Are you planning more zbrush??
Hi there Fallen!! oh tomorrow I´m gonna upload the second part of the Timon´s tutorial with some extra tips. if you need any help, let me know. Yeah I´m working with it, so yeah I´m planning some zbrush videos and substance. oh and happy 2023 bro!!.
This is amazing, doing this I can make a 360 turn. Awesome. Oh 1 question, is it posible to create an atmosphere like in limbo (game) in moho?. With fbf or bones?. And thanks for the subtitles!!!!!. I'm smiling like timon lol. 😄🤩😜
Hey Mike, thanks!. and yeah 100%, with fbf you can do a 360 turn, also with bones, I´ll talk about it, both are ok. But if you are doing a full animation without bones, just stick to the fbf. That will also depend on how difficult your character is to rig it. but yeah, you can do the turn using both techniques. and about Lingo, yeah I played that one, awesome dark game. Sure , to do something like that you only need the character and bones. There you can totally use bones. and if you have Moho 13, you can use wind and dynamic bones for the grass, and trees. that would be awesome to do.
Hi there!! ohh thanks for your message, and sure!! I´m taking notes of Luffy and Zoro. Oh, and to create shades is very simple, you only need to choose one single vector, and apply color to that vector. check this Stitch video, minute 10:48 and you will see what I mean. and Thanks to youuuu Thank you❤️💚
Hi there!!! ¡Felices Fiestas y Feliz Navidad JayBlackCult! y ¡FELIZ AÑO NUEVO 2023! Ya me adelanto, por si las moscas... Keep on Working this way!!! nosotros por aquí te seguimos y esperamos tu siguiente tutorial con expectación :) ¡Hasta pronto! ¡Saludos desde la Distancia Relativa!
Oh don't worry, the program is very easy to use. You just have to go step by step. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-evx_POgqDCA.html In this video you will see the basic tools to get started. Get a paper and pencil to write down everything you consider important. Then you can start with this ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Dc6m9BFMt3A.html To practice. And then go for the Stitch video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-um_xZQy3L9k.html Here you can practice how to create different expressions. First just practice how to draw. Then how to use the bones. Just go step by step, and if you have questions, just let me know and I´ll help you. Just have fun!!!
Hi there Seasan! how are you?. Yeah, actually I´m working on a mouth sync video to create animations like South Park. oh and also you can check the bart simpson video, on minute 10:00, I talk a little bit about mouth animation and how to sync. on the next video I´ll be more specific, and I´ll talk about how to create controls for the mouth. Hope you like it. Take care and have a great Day!!!. sorry for the delay!!!
Thank you for these videos - very well designed and clear - I’m making my latest vid (I’m an animation novice) in Toon Boom Harmony but it’s slow going creating rigged characters with all the complex node structure etc. once it’s finished, I’m considering Moho Pro for the next which seems to be a little speedier! Your videos are very helpful. The lip sync is probably my biggest worry as I had hoped not to have to do it manually.
Hi there BibleVentures!! oh, Don't worry about the lip sync. Depending on the animation, in Moho you can create a single control with all the mouths you need to create a conversation. Moho also has an automatic Lip Sync, but at the moment it is not very good, you have to make some adjustments if you want something perfect, but in some cases it is really fast and useful. and yeah, Moho is really fast when it comes to bones. Here you can see how to make a complete character (drawing + bones) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-um_xZQy3L9k.html depending on the animation, and the character, it may only take a few minutes to apply the bones, smart bones and actions. Wow, You have an awesome channel with very good animations!!! Definitely for that type of animation, Moho will really be much faster than toon boom. I haven't used it much, but I think toon boom is more for Frame by frame animations. (this is also possible in Moho). I think Moho has come a long way, mainly because of all the movies that were released. I would work FBF animations in toon boom, and animations with bones in Moho without hesitation. If you can try it out, just do it, in a few hours you will really notice the difference. I have received messages from people who worked with After Fx or even Toon Boon and others, and they switched to Moho precisely because of the bone system. Check out the Stitch video and I think you'll have a better idea of how it works. Btw, you have a new follower!!! Awesome work!!
@@JayBlackCult Thank you so much - you are too kind re my earlier animations but they are improving each time - started with simple Final Cut Pro animations of cut up vector illustrations, tried character animator for a couple and last was Adobe animate. Each was a step in the right direction but Moho Pro looks to be a better fit than what I am currently working with, time wise. Learning a lot from your uploads and will continue to do so - thanks a lot. Your reply and follow much appreciated 😊
@@bibleventures oh no problem, and yeah I know what you mean, there are so many softwares and options that sometimes we don´t know what´s the best way to go. but you have really achieved a lot, you have very good quality in the animations. With everything you have already learned, I think that Moho will be very simple and fast for you to achieve what you want. I work a lot with 3D, and for works in 2D (with bones), Moho was the best choice to me. It's even good for creating 2D video game characters. like in spine. But, Soon I will upload more tutorials. Just keep practicing that you are on track 100%.😃😃😃
Oh thats a Good question. Moho is 100% 2D. Blender can look 2D, but is a 3D software. Now, for example, south park it looks 2D, but is made In Maya 3D. So, can you use the blender grease pencil to make something look 2D? yes you can. but you have to be careful. If you make a building in blender, or a car, it can look 2D for sure, and you can make a 360 shot easily. with characters is different. If you wanna make characters like in the case of south park, they have no depth, they are flat. so you can´t do a 360 shot. If you are planning to animate stuff 100% in 2D just go with moho. (actually south park started with toon boon), Moho is gonna be your faster option. Now, if you need to turn something around, a character, a car or something in Moho, you will have to draw it. Now, If you wanna work with a 3D software, and make it look 2D, you can do it too. check out the "Spider-Man: The New Animated Series". that was a 3D show and it looks 2D. So to answer your question, both options are great, it depends on what kind of animation are you getting into. If you wanna go simple, Moho is the answer, plus it can look super professional. If you are planning just an animation to look 2D, yeah you can work with blender, it will take more time, but if you are looking something more like the spider man example, thats the way to go. 😃😃
Luca!! td bem!? 😊😊😊😊
Thank Jay for uploading such high quality tutorials all the time. I have been learning Moho, but the tutorials are always scattered. Every time I see your tutorials, I am always excited. (This is translated by translation software, it may not be smooth, sorry)☺☺☺☺☺
