These massage gave me temporary relief for 2-3 min. It was midnight and I was crying out of pain but a hot compress give me so much relief from this pain. Take a clean napkin and soak it in hot water. Repeat this as long as you get relief.
you're forgetting that sometimes jaw pain can be caused by a spasm of the neck muscles especially after a yawn to relax the muscles close your jaw and try looking backwards from the top then put your fingers under the jawbone and massage in circular motion on both sides
my ear and jaw still hurts. it's just on the right side. also I can somehow hear my heartbeat and bloodflow or anything that touches my head like a running faucet.
@@malacheazy4016 Same here inner ear pain for 7 years that never went away. Absolute nightmare and my doctors keep telling me everything is "normal" and just try to give me drugs. Its insane.
@@salehaashraf5906 I'm beginning to think the radiation from devices may be affecting us. I'm using orgone in my environment and grounding sheets on my bed. It seems to help but it's some internal issues I need to address. Hope we find a cure all!
I'm in the same situation. Did u get better and how. Taking antibiotics for ear infection but my cheek is a bit swollen now and ear is still in pain and clogged. Been 4 days now
My doctor thought it was TMJ so he gave me antibiotics. As soon as I finished those, the pain came back worse. I'm thinking it's not TMJ. Jaw pain is miserable.

This helped reduce the pain a lot, it’s still there but I have a feeling this issue for me was caused by sleeping on a needle pillow that is thicker than what I’ve been using all the time

Thank you that helped the pain a little bit so far, I don't want to speak too soon but that definitely heland I was SO close to putting your drops in my ear that my late husband had like from a couple months ago and they were clogged, so I guess God was saying don't do that. It's not your year but then I just Google it and I found this video. Thank you.
💙THIS IS WHY TO NOT USE Q-TIPS IN YOUR EARS💙 Yesterday I took a shower and when I got out I used Q-tips in my ears witch just compacts the ear wax witch can cause pain now its 6:31am and I woke up in pain from my ears.
I think it started hurting cause. II started scoping my face. And maybe I was like pushing fatter up there or something. Because I always crack my jaw when it gets all locked all, but it's the first time this happened in years but thank you. This definitely helped. I haven't felt pain in the last couple of minutes. I did have to press a little harder.
@@rafiashahbaz9112 from what Ive experienced it took two weeks to recover from it. I still do not understand how I got the jaw pain but it definitely was an ear infection that came right after the jaw pain dissipated. If put your head back and forth, and feel the pressure on your ear its an ear infection. There is water in your ear that can't be taken out through your eustacian tube because it's swollen. get some lotion or oil and plug your ear hole with your thumb and gently put pressure on your ear. after for some time you should feel mucus in the back of your throat also an audio indication when your eustacian tube are opening up is when you hear a popping noise. you have to do it quite often especially in the morning because it hurts like hell when it's full of pressure
@@pauljerome01 just woke up. Wait It can take this long! It probably is ear infection. I think i got it write after my fever ended. I will try doing this but does those olive oil plus garlic thing works?
@@rafiashahbaz9112 Having the oil is fine, it's just there to create a closed gap between your thumb and earhole while you apply gentle pressure to push out the mucus, drinking anything hot will help too.
