Excellent video Jon on starting the downswing right! Today, I was having some trouble with my iron delivery. Then, I remembered "move the triangle!" I instantly started hitting the ball harder and making it to the greens more often. I feel that this is somewhat similar to what you are advocating in your video! Or, am I wrong? In any event, I will definitely look into what you are recommending. Keep up the good work Jon!

Hi Jon, could I just ask- when should you get the weight on the lead side. Is it bring the arms down first to delivery position and then get the weight over and rotate or something else!? Cheers!

Pressure to your lead side as the arms come down or slightly earlier. Most elite are starting to shift back towards their lead side before they get to the top. You cannot wait until the arms are down 👍🏼

Just curious, is there a way to apply this drill or concept to a driver? Would the line to match be in a different location? Thanks

As the hands would generally be a little further from the body, a touch higher off the ground, they would need to move a little more out. But the feel of hands almost straight down would help the majority of golfers. As soon as you add rotation the arms will be thrown more outwards away from the bodies centre!

@@TruGolfAcademy Thank you! Once I applied the idea of "matching" the alignment stick my game and impact totally changed. Thank you! Now going to attempt to apply to the driver.
