This is great. Even us guys have trouble with binging! Although the small meals theory is just that, I find it helps me personally stay balanced throughout the day because I'm never "starving" at the end of the day, since I've kept my body fed. So I don't go crazy in the cupboards every night :)

I'm so happy you've found something that works for you!! For most of my people though, having larger balanced meals (about 4 per day) seems to work the best. I was speaking more to the people that are grazing on small snacks all day and never really enjoying the meal time experience.

Thank you so so much for this. I've never seen anything I relate to so much, and I'm starting to actually get hope that I can overcome my binge eating disorder. I can't wait for the next videos.

Your right about that mental restriction, I have bed because I could not have the eating experience on the go and I was with a person so distracting they triggered the panic mode. I had a cheat meal and they kept screwing up my plans. I was nauseated next to them and I hate eating with other people and I allowed it, I restricted my ability to ENJOY the food I did deserve. The result: I regretted it and I couldn't wear my nice clothes due to bloating. I didn't meet my friends enjoy food and gained weight despite heavy training.l They are toxic around minding themselves they told me to get a beauty treatment that did damage, dont take advice from those types of people, ., These people need love but keep them separate from weak areas dont go for a meal with them, They were gulping water last time I looked at them.Why!! I relax and have a full jug over the next few hours. I start to get very agitated and It disturbs me. They weren't mindful either and they gulp water. Very bad habits stay away from these people for a while. Make it non negotiable.I am still down that meal and up a few pounds from stress weight, make sure you avoid that being prevented as well. I am obsessed with the meal I couldn't have and I am getting it tomorrow. That person is not going to be with me either. Since they are gone I have lost 1 pound of that weight, I don't feel safe in a nervous environment food is to be enjoyed its not a chore.

Good morning Brittany. I just started your food freedom course. I noticed you use a lot of positive self-affirmations. Is there anyway you could do a video or post all the self-affirmations you use. I come from a background of dieting and bingeing. I am starting today to eat enough. Also, do you have a book I could read about all the tips you mention in your videos? . I know you are helping many women. I am looking forward to finally being free. "Freedom is the only option".
