You dont need to have a passport or visa for all of Baja. Even a car permit. You dont need one in Baja.its coming back is when you need it. If you cross to the main land using the ferry close to la paz, then you will need one.
Every time I have visited Mexico I got a 180 visa on arrival with no charge. Where did you get your information? I have been to Mexico many many times and not just across the border and always 180 days on arrival. Cozumel, Playa Del Carmen, Guadalajara, etc., and not once did I pay for visa on arrival.
What if one parent is a Mexican citizen in Mexico City and the other is a US citizen in Los Angeles? But the 30 year old child ( myself) can't get a US passport because of back taxes. How can I visit my dad in Mexico City? Can I apply for dual citizenship and get a Mexican passport through him to go into Mexico City and return into the States with my US birth certificate and CA I'd? I do have a right to dual nationality Right? Can I get some feedback? Thanks for your time. Happy New years. 🎆 p.s. I don't have the back taxes so please forget about that, because of the interest and penalties that accured. 😂😎
