Actually that is not entirely true. My Dad had an incorporated new home construction business and my Mom and I did the bookkeeping for his small company. Many times he built beautiful new homes for individual couples and barely broke even after paying all the payroll and required taxes. He always made sure his employees were paid and all the bills were paid, but some months and years he actually made no paycheck for himself. So think about that before making such a blanket statement please.
