However they pick and choose what is represented in the CPI therefore even 5.2% is an under statement. Just look at how home and vehicle prices shot up about 40% while groceries and miscellaneous monthly bills shot up 10%. No wonder there are supply chain issues, from a domestic and foreign trade stand point it’s hard for logistics and shipping companies to settle on inflated transportation rates. This rates are what squeeze the supply chains and force many manufacturers to delay production due to missing necessary components.

I appreciate you questioning the level of suffering people are going through while in this pandemic, while disregarding democrats having a majority for the past year. It’s been difficult living out of my car trying to find a job with these executive orders and mandates, but I stay optimistic. I’d apply for unemployment, but as we’ve seen, states and the federal government are now requesting people pay back benefits, doesn’t seem worth it. For a party that claims to fight for the rights of workers/impoverished, they sure have an odd way of showing it, especially when so many of their bills are hand outs to big businesses they supposedly stand against. @@mariabeverly443 First because most of the old ppl in congress, they don't really want to work much. Its why almost anything gets dragged for months, years so they can campaign on their reelections about the issues they "still" have to solve. Second, in the case of republicans being cowards, they are because the democrats own the media, so any republican going off script too much gets smeared to hell for months, years so i guess thats what keeps most of them. Hopefully there are the new gen, like Boebert, Taylor Greene, Hawley, Gaetz and few others that seem to be not so afraid, yet. But you see what happened to Gaetz. You see how they attacked Greene, even after she apologized for the old tweets, or to Cruz about his vacation to Cancun, while democrats LITERALLY get away with mur-der.

How about stop interrupting her and allow her to finish her statement. The fact is they are trying to get bipartisan support.

Then we're stuck with the aoc's and the squads of the world, which is horrifying. We need to get rid of them all, just start over!

She is so ancient that her grand daughter has retired already. An old tortoise like her instead of moving so that the younger generation get an opportunity….greed is at hand ‘for the love of money is the root of all evil’ I would be highly suspicious that her mental fortitude is at a level where her contribution should keep her in that position.
