If someone commits suicide do they still go to heaven? Matt and Justice Coleman discuss suicide the difference between violence and force. Does "turn the other cheek" mean what we think it means?
Yes it is..however the truth is covered..a person who trust in god and submits his or her life will have a chance to be with him in heaven..but suicide is a plan of Satan to seperate our souls from God so it will go to hell fr sure..suicide is one way ticket to hell
Hell was just a mistranslation if Sheol, in Hebrew. It never meant what Christianity tried to pervert it to. Everyone goes to the same place, then returns via reincarnation!
@@3373-g8z Dude where in scripture did you get that from? Dude I know this is long but please read this, brother. That's all I ask. Sheol (Hebrew) and Hades (Greek) are the same thing. To further explain this Jesus spoke of Sheol/Hades in his parable of the Rich man and Lazarus, and there's so much information in this parable it's mind bending to say the least. All throughout The New Testament for example Jesus AND The Apostles were against people who were rich and were constantly on the frill about the poor. What most Christians in today's Americanized Church have lost is that people who are truly Christians are impoverished, persecuted non stop either by the Devil or other people (EVERY... SINGLE...DAY) and God "provides" but that "provision" is usually almost always the bare bones minimal, and the reason for this is so that we Christians remain in constant "need" of God. Life becomes a literal walking talking even in our sleep Hell on earth without the fire, although there is a metaphorical "fire" phrased in The New Testament which is of it in itself like a reverse of Hell in it's own way. For example the analogy of Gold being purified in the fire to "burn away" all impurities definitely strikes a cord of living Hell on Earth to enter Heaven. The whole of the New Testament is just littered with small passages with a novel's worth of information. Americanized Christianity unfortunately teaches... kinda the opposite of The Bible in it's own way. To clarify this truth Jesus said to turn the other cheek, love your enemies, if someone sues you give them MORE than what they asked for, and if someone forces you to do something you do it two fold. We are not allowed to defend ourselves no matter what people do to us. Americanized Christians on the other hand believe in "home protection", or self defense. Jesus taught the opposite. We're to be lambs to the slaughter house for the wicked ones... kinda like... a blood sacrifice for our own sins. Mind you Jesus died for our sins on the cross and let's be real here he was killed by unbelievers, but to be real here we're expected by Jesus to suffer in the same manner as he did. Jesus was the example for us to follow in every way. Most people in today's world wouldn't agree with this at all. Unfortunately it seems to be okay for a group of men to break into your home and rape your wife and little girls and even sometimes little boys, too in front of you before killing you. That happened a lot in the ancient Roman days. More often than not if you were a Christian and a woman or a little girl or a little boy and yes sometimes even a man chances are the soldiers would take turns raping you over and over again until they got tired of it and just killed you afterwards. For some reason suffering seems to be God's glory. I don't completely understand it myself but... yeah. Life is gonna totally suck on earth after becoming a Christian. We're doormats. In a way human sacrifice IS Christianity as a whole as Christians "offer their bodies up as living sacrifices to God". A different kind of human sacrifice compared to the pagans, but human sacrifice regardless. Going back to The Rich man and Lazarus there's a few things to point out here... for one there's two "layers"... Torment, and Paradise. This is NOT Heaven and Hell. This area is called by (you mentioned it) Sheol (in The Hebrew text) and Hades (In the Greek text). I would also like to point out that this is where the Gnostic Catholic Church got their idea for "Purgatory" to begin with. The difference is that the Gnostic Catholic "Purgatory" depends on one's own works to be released from there so you can go to Heaven. The actual Sheol/Hades as written in scripture is a holding place for people who are of Christ, and people who are not of Christ... Torment and Paradise. When we get here after we die we will definitely KNOW where we're headed. Wind up in Torment you're going to Hell when the final judgement comes. Wind up in Paradise you're going to Heaven when the final judgement comes. Stay with me here now... Jesus said.... "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father but by me." Jesus spoke of Paradise twice in the New Testament. Once about his parable of the Rich man and Lazarus and the other to the thief on the cross saying... "This very day you will be with me in Paradise." Okay... so... question... How could Jesus have gone to Hell for three days and yet be in paradise with the thief on the cross at the same time? Jesus again... referred to "Paradise". Okay... why would Jesus go to Paradise? If Jesus is the way and the truth and the life that means the people in Paradise BEFORE Jesus died like say.... Abraham, Moses, Jacob, Isaac, Joseph, and so on were not "saved" yet by the blood of the lamb. On the other hand these people would then be introduced to The Messiah being that he is the way and the truth and the life and no one comes to the father but by him so... Jesus went to Paradise for 3 days who show himself that the Messiah had come. Savvy? Jesus DID NOT go to Hell for 3 days. That's another Gnostic Catholic Satanic doctrine. Paul the Apostle wrote of the 'rapture" in II Thessalonians. The WORD "rapture" isn't there but it's DESCRIPTION is. Paul wrote that the dead would rise first, and those who were living would be caught up into the air afterwards. So... WHERE are the dead rising from? Sheol/Hades... right? Jesus also spoke of the "rapture" when he spoke of two women grinding at the mill or two men walking in a field and suddenly ones gone and the other is left standing there. What we as Christians are REALLY waiting for is the appearance of The Beast/Anti-Christ. Once he makes his appearance world wide and starts going into his mantra of "world peace" and a "one world government" and a "one world currency" like the Globalists are desperately vying for we as Christians will know shortly after we're outta here. Okay so you mentioned "reincarnation" and it's KIND OF correct. You see from a pagan perspective "reincarnation" consists of your soul floating around until a new life form is ready for you. Might be a pig, might me a dung beetle, might even be an intestinal parasite feeding on one's colon, but never the less you're.... "reborn" according to the Pagans. However in Christianity that "reincarnation" is incorruptible bodies untouched by imperfection and sin. We'll be "like the Angels" as Jesus put it. Be sure to state what you mean by "reincarnation" because often times Christians will attack you for supposedly adopting Pagan attributes to Christianity. Just a heads up on that one.
There’s nothing in my mind just darkness and pain. Ears ringing 24/7 no Love no joy, just intrusive thoughts, brain injured very lost and lonely every day is a living hell. Have to pretend I’m ok when I see my children once a week, my daughter doesn’t want to see me anymore it’s impossible to hide my illness. I can’t even attend their birthday parties and events, its hell on Earth, but if I end my pain it will transfer to them so I’m stuck
@@firstlastname84 hi I’m not very well, I have constant pressure in my eyes and head and ringing in my ears. I’ve managed to make it back to work. I can hardly remember any of my life it’s very dark and painful in my mind
@@graemegeorgeharrison2468it does get better. Pray. If you are praying keep praying. Find God more. He will heal you. You are strong and worth it and if you leave people will care. You will be extremely missed. Even if it doesn't seem like it. You are not alone and God is with you I promise.
@@graemegeorgeharrison2468 I am so sorry. I would totally seek therapy! I used to be like that until I met my therapist and let me tell you she changed my life!!🩷
Let's be honest, Christians really don't care! When Christians see people struggling they say " oh you don't pray enough, it's God's will for you to go though this!" Or "I'll pray for you just keep your distance till life gets better!" So how good can God be if he allows his people to suffer! If your all powerful you can't be all good! And if your all good can't be all powerful! I see good people all the time crying out to God yet evil always prevails.
I think u hit it on the nail...i myself m going thru hell on earth to a point of suicide even after praying 24/7 it all gets worse...i think he is all just a damm fake...christians r all being fooled but those rubbish promises of his
@@colinwee9981 I am sorry you feel this way, myself i am struggling with these thoughts, and it sucks as you know it. I am tempted to throw my hands in the air, but something won't let me.. i have seen God's hand in my life to a point i don't doubt whether God is there.. but to be frank, in this very moment he feels distant and silent.. my depression keeps recurring to a point where I am having headaches.. as painful as this is, to be honest, I don't know what God is upto, i have prayed, and now when i don't feel him, I choose to be silent, i won't say anything bad or good concerning God since i do not know his ways
The problem is that you are relying on people and not God! We are not able to fix everyone's problems because we are just creation. Seek the kingdom of God first ❤
We don't see what's happening in the spiritual realm and in heaven. If we only see what's happening here in earth, I agree with what you've said 99%. The 1% is that there are few Christians out there that truly give a crap.
I just lost a friend to suicide which was why I was looking this up and I just had a profound experience. Alot of people think the departed send us messages and I think my friend just did watching your video. A few minutes in you mention orions belt. My friends son was named orion. I feel like searching this and finding a video in which you say an uncommon name was a sign my friend is actually OK on the other side. Maybe it's just a coincidence but I'm having quite a few of them since learning of his passing.
I always been a very quiet child not a social outgoing person always sad and isolated. I have tempted on several occasions when I was teenager. I couldn’t handle being gay and I prayed and prayed over and over sometimes nonstop for God to make me straight. ….nothing no answer or response. I figured he wouldn’t have use for me. We were brought up poor in the Appalachian mountains always that was an outsider
Its the the pain and brokenness no faith in anyone knowing that every one is going to hurt you even if they dont ur not willing to give them a chance and the courts decide no matter how hard I try they will take so much that its not worth it for a child ur never going to get to see and a ex wife that has hurt you so bad you cant take it!
Don't rely on other people for happiness but rely on God. Pray and try and worship him. Things get better and he can heal your pain. As a stranger, I care about you and I don't even personally know you but I still care and I know for a fact God does too
Ok, what if your entire family is in the afterlife and you're left behind in the world. But if you're tired of enduring for nothing, you're at the end of the road, and you commit suicide knowing you will leave no one behind; than Jesus will have a problem with forgiving you. By the way, the man telling a story looks like Kevin Bacon .
I believe that if we focus on asking God to help us get close to Him, and we focus on praising Him, it gives us peace and joy.I dont mean playing hillsong music and stuff like that. I find listening to real praise, there is a great "Who is God" here on youtube by Lion of Judah. And just admiring His creation, and dwelling on things like that really helps. I know depression and wanting to die very well. 😢
The problem is they DONT know. Some actually think they are such a burden that everyone would be better off without them. That's the problem people don't get they are not in a normal mindset
Is Samson in hell? He committed suicide using supernatural strength gifted by God for the purpose of ending his life whilst destroying his enemies... I don't think so. Is King Saul in hell for he committed suicide yet was known as Gods anointed and was informed supernaturally by the prophet Samuel that when his (King Saul) life ended they would meet together, Samuel was in heaven not hell.
The unforgivable sin is not accepting Jesus..that's the sin that leads to death..he's wrong on couple points..he says there's sins that lead unto death...NO it says in my king James..there's A sin that leads to death , so don't pray about that..I think that is a person who is turned there back on Jesus and a reprobate, no since in praying for that leads to death..second..he said Muslims believe Jesus will judge them, last time I checked they don't believe that..and NO I don't think Samson is in hell no way, he sacrificed himself to kill the evil and obviously GOD gave him the strength to do it .God bless❤
@@theresawebb8064people also forget that suicide is not like stealing or lying, those are actions that the flesh naturally wants to commit for pleasure or gain. Suicide is an act that nobody inherently wants to do. Your body doesn't want you to commit suicide. It takes a lot of will to commit suicide.
But do those who drive others to suicide, even children mob their classmates to death and the cowardly bystanders who cheer them on or give their tacit approval by pretending they don't see it, do they go to hell also? Or is it just the victims. If so then it kind of confirms that God loves bullies.
So I’m six minutes into the video and I haven’t got a yes or a no about suicide. Let your yes, be yes, and your no be no everything else is of the devil. The question is, do you go to heaven if you commit suicide answer no it doesn’t matter what religion you belong to you if you can make suicide, it would be hell forever why these guys cannot give a simple yes or no I am unsure
Because suicide is like a sin. But people commit sins everyday. The point is a sin can be also forgiven. You know what is actually funny? The criminal crucified next to jesus killed people and was forgiven. Why a person that hurt nobody but just themselves don't deserve forgiveness.
Being trappee in this world, this life, this fallen body is hell enough. You wanna end this hell only to be told youre going to end up in a permanent hell where pain wont ever stop. Such loving and just God. I for one, dont believe that BS.

@@oscarcat1231 So, do you think if you commit a sin and then immediately get hit by a car and die before repenting you will go to hell? I don’t think so. God knows your heart.
Your conversation about suicide is so novice and Sol elementary you're trying to sound as people of wisdom talking about suicide and going to heaven or hell no one knows what happens after
Since the body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and Jesus bought it at a high price, it doesn't belong to the Christian anymore, why then would they take it back and kill it, and then expect to go to heaven!? Do not be deceived, suicide is murder. And murders won't go to heaven. What you saw was not an angel of light!
THE ANSWER. 1 CORINTHIANS 3:17 New King James Version If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are
@@musicman2047Don't dilute the word of God. Bible says if you confess and repent of your sins God will forgive you. How can you repent after dying by suicide. M sure someone contemplating suicide must be in a lot of genuine pain, but there are lots of people that goes through such and even worse but by calling on the Lord they get the strength to endure. M waiting for what you have to say.
@@musicman2047 first of all, I agree bible is silent on the consequences of suicide but by taking verses like 1 Corinthians 3:17, which says, "If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy that person; for God's temple is sacred, and you together are that temple. Those who advocate that suicide doesn't send people to hell by drawing their own view of God rather than going by the scripture are in actual danger of emboldening suffering people to commit suicide rather than telling them to call upon the name of the Lord for strength. And the case where you mentioned about the father who lost his entire family tragically, m sure he'll be in unimaginable pain beyond compare. But if in such a case he remembers God and call upon him for strength God will surely help him. I would rather that he suffer that emotional pain than possibly go to hell by destroying the temple of God, i.e, his body. Let me tell you personally, please don't ever preach to someone that suicide will not send you to hell because God understands your pain, without having concrete bible verses to back your claim or else you will be guilty before God if he commits suicide emboldened by your words.

It’s low key blindly following . I wish people would start questioning things more
My personal thought.. yes Let’s stop sugar coating things for people, judgment day is coming. Now do I empathize with peoples stories.. yes but I’m sorry, god told us to go out into the world and preach my word. So no.
