A young man with a dream to fly for the U.S. Navy, Jesse Brown put in the work against all odds and because the FIRST AFRICAN-AMERICAN FIGHTER PILOT for the U.S. Navy. Ensign Brown served his country for four years during World War II with Fighter Squadron 32 (VF-32).
