I visited Lepakshi last saturday and I must say that I was absolutely mesmerised by the beauty, places like this should be preserved for eternity so that our future generations can also marvel at the ingenuity of our forefathers

@@divyanshushankar8134 Ramayana is dated variously as 2 million to 20 million years old. Highly doubt any language existed back then (if these dates are correct!). This is just a commonly accepted story. Just FYI I am a Telugu myself.
@@sandy666ification Ramayana isn't dated back to 2 million years ago It's just 7,000-9,000 years old And Telugu as a language has become independent from its mother tongue more than 4000 years ago. Basic vocabulary like "Le" should have existed right from beginning and Pakshi is anyway a Sanskrit word. Don't know whether Rama told this or not. It might be a later expression of the legend, but please be informed when you talk about Telugu

Very nice video, but as i visited there recently, i would like to share two more mysterious things about this temple, first is A Large Footprint, and second is a unique tree having two different leaves within. Incredible India, Amazing Experience ✌️💕👌

I went yesterday (17.08.24). The place takes you back in the history. Simply Incredible India. AP tourism has done good job in setting up all the basic facilities. Best thing is that it is not yet commercialized.

Recently visited this temple. Beautiful temple and architecture. But sad point is they seem to have broken all the pillar bases to find some architectural secrets.

Yes, the original construction is flawed. Poor Britt tried to correct it n caused damage. It's going to be a herculean task to restore the main temple.
