महिपाल जी, आपका प्रश्न बहुत ही कटाक्ष है जो एक बड़े वर्ग को प्रभावित करने का है। बस इतना तो समझ में आ ही रहा है कि देश के सभी संस्थानों पर इन्हीं का आधिपत्य हो चुका है, न्यायिक संस्थान भी अछूता नहीं रहा है। 75 वर्षों में यही तो किया है। बस अभी चीन की तरह पूरी व्यवस्था नहीं हो पा रही है। बस देश लोकतंत्र रहे, ईश्वर से यही कामना है।
