It always amazed me that landscaping in Canada looks exactly like in the US. Buildings, parking lots, signage, and many other things too.. it’s a carbon copy in many instances. Perhaps both countries used the same designers 😅
So glad to learn something new--the difference between slanted and crooked. Crooked means slanted being "not supposed". Thank you for your wonderful teaching so much, Teacher Mark.

Hi Mark! Thanks for interesting lesson! You asked tips for weight lost.. First at all.. make sure that you sleep enough (8hour) and well. Then think, how eat that not get fat. After that, think exercising. 😊 I'm fighting with same thing 😅 Greetings from Finland!
To lose weight: - go for a walk every morning at least for 20 minutes(if you don't go for a walk, you don't deserve the breakfast) - buy healty food - don't eat sugar, flavor and the chepiest salt - see yourself as a healty, muscular man! What's your goal Mark?
Regarding the advice you seek about losing weight, meals should be limited to three times a day. Dinner should be smaller, of course. Naturally, sweets, which we all love, should be excluded. There should be no snacking between main meals. Eating between meals causes insulin to constantly spike, which not only exhausts the pancreas but also makes it impossible to lose weight due to persistently elevated insulin levels. Naturally, a bit of exercise helps, or at least 10,000 steps a day. The key is to space meals with intervals of four hours, and after 6 p.m., nothing at all. This is very, very difficult, but not impossible to achieve.😂
Check out a video featuring scientists and doctors regarding insulin on RU-vid. One of the reasons we gain weight is high insulin levels, which can eventually lead to diabetes. There’s also information about metabolic syndrome and insulin resistance. Dr. Lustig speaks very interestingly about diets related to insulin, and alongside him, another researcher named Ben talks about managing hunger. They suggest eating meat and fats, not too much, along with vegetables, which can help reduce cravings for sweets, and you can get used to it.
