I am a nephrologist and kidney doctor who believes that the best tool to reduce the burden of kidney disease globally is not medication, lab tests, or even genetics research. Instead, knowledge of kidney disease can best protect our kidneys.
This channel is part of the kidney disease awareness project I have worked on for years. It started with long conversations with kidney patients in the office and hospital. During these conversations, I was perplexed to see patients’ lack of knowledge about their kidney disease.
To fill this gap, I developed a blog for kidney disease patients, “Kidneyblogs.com,” where patients could find the correct information-and access a nephrologist for kidney-related questions. But then, I realised that not all Urdu- and Hindi-speaking patients could read English, and many preferred listening. This revelation led to the formation of the RU-vid channel you will explore.

Dr Sir what a nice explanation I never seen before..I am already seen at least 500 different yu tube video...I am a diabetic and hypertension 61yrs male..once my ACR came 62.75 mg..But as per yours return text in one video you pink this range is just borderline.. you just maintain exercise..But then if you that time if you said that no dietary restrictions not needed..But due to SGLT intake and dietary tight restrictions I am loss 16kg weight loss in 7month..but Sir how I am increase my weight 10kg weight..ppls replies dr sahab.or make a weight gain video ...Really u r great I am from india ..

Theyre keeping me on my ramipril, and talked about starting me on another medicine if i need, in 6 weeks time. Thanks a lot for your kind words. You are in stage 3B (3b is egfr between 45 and 30). And if your proteinuria is within normal range, I am not sure why do they want you to try something. I am assuming you have normal proteinuria from the units you gave in the text

Sir if proteinuria resolves, egfr is 80+ and creatanine is 0.66 is this person considered a patient of kidney disease now? This 40yr female had proteinuria periodically for last 6 years. Now we r monitoring every 3 months. Is this enough care.?

Ji your proteinuria is in remission, but you should keep an eye on it every three months along with taking medicines regularly. As far as the label of kidney disease, I am not sure what does it matter?

Ji baqi sari baat tu ap ki bht complicated hai, laikin stage 1 jis may protein a rahi hai bht serious issue hai or us ka diagnosis bana kar foran treatment hona chahiy. Nahi tu gurda bht jal harab ho sakta hai. Or agar diagnosis kay liy biopsy chahiy tu foran biopsy karwayn.
