The annual 123rd Shri Damodar Bhajani Saptah witnessed a grand celebration in the Port Town of Vasco after two years of restricted festivities due to the pandemic. Legend has it that in the late 19 century, there was a plague epidemic in Vasco. That's when the local residents turned to Lord Damodar, an incarnation of Lord Shiva for help.
