I studied 9 months in taipei at ntnu and lived literally just around the corner from where you did these interviews. So fun to see the same buildings I used to pass everyday and thanks for the video. Its great practise

It is a normal speed speaking, but we have the script and translation on screen. If you watch regularly, after a few times, words will becoming more familiar.

It’s the food. 85% of chronic disease can be eliminated with a sufficiently healthy diet. Yes, there’s a lot of other things besides chronic disease that can cause suffering, though it strikes as we get older, but we have a very large amount of control over what happens to us. As far as genetics, genes load the gun, but lifestyle pull the trigger. Fixing lifestyle will avoid a great deal of suffering.

@@cicolas_nage Healthy version of vegan diet can be good for people. I'm on an whole food-plant based diet, which technically isn't vegan because I don't do it for the benefit of animals, but for health.

They are in Taiwan. I don t know what city but at 7:17 you can see on the store 台湾。 That means Taiwan . I think they are in Taipei.. not sure about that
