wow I'm 45 years old now, I remember when i was like 13 years old, i'd try to train muay thai at my house in the united states. I knew nothing, I just saw things on tv, I'd beat my legs with sticks to try to harden them and kick trees lol. Anyways, this instruction is like gold to someone like me, even now after all these years later, I'm standing here at the computer practicing all this stuff. awesome stuff and thank you very much for sharing.
