Yes, I feel like I'm one of about five people that remember this show! I was obsessed with it for a while when there were reruns on Rollercoaster. I didn't realise the last episode was the end so I had my Mum write the ABC an email asking if they could please finish the show.I've even rewatched some of it on RU-vid! I brought this show up at a friend's birthday party not long ago and everyone was like, "Oh my goodness!!! I loved that show!!" And we ended watching the first episode.

Not gonna lie I don't remember this show however this is very spooky. Especially seeing that this was advertised to kids.

I remember watching it but could never watch it back to back or in order. So it always felt like I didn’t quite understand what was going on (though I loved the creepy grown up vibes). I wonder if more people had that same experience

This was always such a special show, I remember going from child to teen and watching this show and it allowed me to appreciate more mature TV shows I'd otherwise despise. It was so full of mysticism, like a found-footage documentary. It's truly a hidden gem.

I'm from Finland. We have this summer tv program for teens called Summeri, which has interviews with local celebrities, has all kind of contests for the audience, and which also imports peculiar unknown serieses aimed at teens from around the world. I still remember this particular series pretty well, the atmosphere was so interesting and different. However, when I tried to look it up on my early days of online surfing, there was two obstacles: 1. no-one had yet reloaded it on the yt at the time (I guess) and 2. I only had the Finnish name for the series. So, it feels like a true piece of lost media found, and it brings back so many memories to watch it today as an adult :D

the actor who played David was in the Scottish Soap Opera "River City" for about 10 years and popped up in a few comedy shows

i better remember trapped that tv show from 2008 and 09 that was on seven, talk about that show that one really is lost to time

I consider myself lucky as I was able to buy the full DVD set off some Scottish website earlier this year when lockdown began. Definitely went through a nostalgia trip. Just wish I could find the same for Parallax, which was by far my favourite as a kid.

I'm a bit young for the original running, I was born in '02 myself, but I watched the ABC and ABC3 reruns after my favourite shows if mum fell asleep and couldn't monitor my tv usage hahaha Point is, I was always so confused at what was going on! I loved Jeopardy! A few years ago I found a youtube channel that had the first season and rewatched it all, it was such a good show for kids, didn't dumb anything down.

I used to love this show and I found the ending of it really confusing, there was no real closure on what was really going on but they all ended up disappearing from that red eye disease, quite confusing but very interesting none the less.

I love/d this show, it's cool to see somebody actually talking about it! Frustrating though, that the only way to watch it currently is through some dodgy VHS rips on here. As it happens, there's a number of nods and references to this show in my in-dev video game too, possibly the only piece of media to have ever referenced it :p

I do remember enjoying some story elements of this as a kid but also recall it being a sort filler until shows i actually like aired (probably cartoons)

We watched this in South Africa on eTV which was one of our 4 stations that was available for free from just having a TV and aerial.

I randomly remembered this show a few days ago and decided to watch it from Start to Finish since I didn’t recall how it ended or if I even saw it end when I was a kid. I didn’t remember the Season 1 ending or the Season 3 ending. I feel Season 1 was just as creepy as I remembered but the other 2 seasons not so much. Still a banger show though have to admit, loved seeing some parts of the areas where I actually grew up as a kid lol

Always loved this show. I have to point out that James Pearson also portrayed Joy Division/New Order's Bernard Sumner in Control back in 2007. I remember working at Video Ezy at the time and being surprised to see Simon pop up😂

I still have nightmares about this show occasionally 20 years on. I'm surprised the BBC hasn't rereleased it as a series of young adult novels. I think the surprise ending is the best at explaining what happened. If the group has all been clones since season 1, the two that were missing might have stayed close to their originals, and if the aliens are all psychic twins, it follows david and lucy and their "twins" can use alien technology to give all the wierd signs they use. Harry's immunity to the redeye control system would have allowed him to find his original and fight back against the aliens if there had been a 4th series.

Nice video that brought back a lot of memories. Jeopardy was great, but in my mind it's tied with another even lesser remembered show with some similarities - 'Life Force', a sci-fi youth drama produced in the UK but imported to Australia too. The red eye thing always reminds me of how a part of its central premise was 'senders', genetically-engineered people with psychic powers and glowing yellow eyes who were being hunted by an authoritarian government. Sadly it didn't have the initial longevity that Jeopardy did, owing to its original UK airings receiving complaints that claimed it was "too scary" and being shown disjointedly, then cancelled altogether after just one series of 13 episodes. But it was utterly transfixing to those who saw it (and had Damian Lewis before he was famous in the villain role!). Both in spite of and because of the above, there's barely anything on it out there now besides a few token Reddit posts looking for the name and rave reviews by critics from the time. Not even uploads of episodes on any streaming service...

I've seen 2 of the actors in other shows. Lip Service and Shetland. I loved this show as a kid. Terrified the life out of me! I was already scared of the bush, but this really compounded that. I loved the show despite that. And I did get excited when part of the show was filmed near me and I got to see places I recognized on tv for the first time. Totally underrated show. And of course I watched Blue Water High and Parallax. Thanks for the vid dude!
