Whether you sit at a desk and/or in a car for most of your day, there are exercises you can do to counteract the poor posture and alignment that results from sitting too much (i.e. rounded shoulders and back, forward head posture, and tight hips). The movements in this routine will open up those tight areas while strengthening others to bring us into proper alignment and relieve tension.
