I bet the annex will look beautiful when its finished. I love the colour scheme you're going for. I'd love to stay there if you had it as a holiday let! Glamping sounds like a great idea too. I would love to come and stay on your land and with your family. I work from home, so that could totally work. You could have remote working people doing their job and helping a bit on your land in between meetings/during their breaks

For glamping u may need a lot of amenities, like outdoor toilet/ shower etc. so holiday annex sounds a better option in my opinion. Would love to stay there! x

Oh 100% - we’ve already thought about/planned a loo / shower for glamping (which is why it’ll be a future project cause it won’t be cheap 😂)

The idea of an Airbnb and Shepard's Hut sounds amazing! Definitely a good idea for future plans. Idea of places for Decor I would recommend an independent shop called Quince and Cook, they do home ware, Kitchen stuff and a plastic free wash house store!

Oh my gosh when you get that double bed, ladder and wooden beams up in that loft area that space will be AMAZING! I would be up there a lot. Just hanging out with you and helping you & your family do all of that stuff would be one of the greatest things ever. I guess that more than answers your question of whether or now I'd stay there, lol!

Would love to come away on a holiday at your place! Our dog would love to play with the doggies and just getting away from the city would be amazing. Love seeing the progress your making!

So nice! I would live there! I'm building a (much smaller) shed-office/ guest room at the end of my garden and the outside is going to be a similar colour to the Lick paint! I definitely think it is a good plan as a holiday let but also an option if family come to stay/ extended stay/ if you have a friend/ family member that can't live completely independently. If you really wanted to get into working the land you could also house WOOFERS on it (working on organic farms. The work in exchange for food and lodgings.) AND it'll be great for Emelia's wedding
