Dockstarts round 9: No real progress, still close though just putting in the reps 

Definitely a slow start, I think my flexibility plays a big role in nailing my starts as I was a bit stiff and it took me about 10-15 starts before I started to hit. I also found that I do better without my floatation vest, I might switch to my lighter one instead though as I like having some floatation at twilight with boats ripping through the channel.
