These guys are making enough to put them in the top 10% of earners in the country. Explain why we should sympathize with their position and accept the impact to our lives? Everyone's purchasing power has dropped and all Americans are hurting. The union is using the American people as a bargaining chip and we are suffering even more to move these guys pay even higher. Not to mention the longer term impact of ever increasing prices to cover the bump in pay they will inevitably receive.
