The isle of Erraid is a small island nested into the side of the Hebridean island from the isle of Mull, Scotland. Which the Findhorn Foundation has held a community on the isle of Erraid for over 25 years.

I spent a number of weeks on this island and wanted to document daily life, the natural surroundings which inhabited the island, the breathtaking landscapes and the people who lived here and what they thought about the living of an alternative lifestyle.
Erraid is know to be a Eco-village/Spiritual/Community, and also a holiday for guests to visit and work in this environment. My aim was to give an impression of what to expect from Erraid.

Lovely video.... would help if you could do some editing of the sound: some too soft, some a bit loud... Thanks! I came to Erraid several times, when I was a member of the Findhorn Community--in the '70s and '80s. In the days of Loren and Mari, Giles and Clare, Janet, John Lowe & family, etc. Seems wonderful that life goes on, as people come and go.

in 1980 i remember planting the garlic milking the goat focalizing to ask the gophers to leave the garden alone it worked! was a consciousness raising adventure

There is not a day goes by I do not remember my time on the island, the wonderful people I lived with and the lessons the island taught me about myself. I have dug the same soil, sailed the same seas, baked in the same oven and lived in the same houses. Bless you all. . . 0:55 they say the sign has been purloined .. by whomsoever is unknown however the penalty for doing so should be more than a forty bob fine, I would favor keelhauling followed by a period in stocks, other than that HAGD :)
