I finally find a video by a professional who is teaching something I need in 3 minutes five seconds and Rachel uses up half of those minutes. Why you have the rest of the show commercials to talk.
The peroxide really helps👍🏾👍🏾..AND..if you want faster results, take the metal file from your nail clipper and go around your cuticles while it's in the peroxide mix, it will help the peroxide get under the nail faster.
Rachel, stop talking and let the man talk!! We know it's YOUR show but geesh will you stop interrupting your guests PLEASE!! Non of your guest need you to finish their sentences!! That was very irritating to watch!!
Brush world just distribute. I'd prob let that suit a minute too. I'm thinking of using my leftover proactive I don't really use the peroxide step very often. I love the cleanser and salicylic acid steps for my face. Maybe that'll help and it had good stiff in it too. I'll update!

We didn't know or I didn't till years ago modern tech online that nails are pourous looking up stuff about them. They should teach this in school as a basic to take care of hair, ski, nails. In fisc ed omg. Like your teeth are porous too so we should have figured out that are nails are too. This how dumbed down by every which way lack of good food vitamins, veggies, etc. I wish I had not been poor & a reader. No one taught me. Now I have to learn it late & start reading more soon on the things is love to learn or know like susbstainabilty is a buzz word of the last decade or few yrs.
Honestly everyone is being so rude and close minded about Rachael. She seems very curious and if anything teachers and such love when people ask questions or "interrupt" because they can further answer questions. She even moved things further down on the table for him. I seen nothing rude at all. Everyone get off of the social media bandwagon of bullying just because everyone else is.
Now I remember why I don't watch her show. How annoying! Rachel kept interrupting. Also, I'm not sure why the topic of nail whitening would come up on a cooking show.

Useful advice from Dr Smith but horribly interrupted by the rude presenter called Rachael Ray. I have not encountered this person before and deduce that she is some sort of American TV 'celeb'. Little wonder that my USA friends complain that the medium in the USA is fundamentally trashy. Very trashy.
